I don't know if your tech did the bottom end, but I'd suggest a hot tank to really get that motor & heads clean & unclog any oil galley's. But it seems like the bottom end was already good. Nice video.

Thing is....if you are on the fence about replacing the rear main seal....if you don't, and it starts leaking, the transmission has to come out in order to change. BEST TO DO WHAT PEE IS DOING.
