      @@Bluedhalias tape slows you down! Take your time and get good at cutting in and it's doesn't take that long. Not a bad idea to put some on your base boards to stop drips but I don't recommend taping up to the wall. Another reason is paint bleeds through easy

      What he did was he dunked the roller in the paint and didn’t ring it out on the bumpy part of the tray (I don’t know the terms😂) so it would be covered in a lot of paint. Then he spread it on the wall and then went back over it, so even if the roller was running out of paint there was still the extra he had on the wall. Then all ya do is apply a good amount of pressure and you get a nice even paint coat. Hope that cleared up some stuff😋

Ne pensez pas que les travaux seront faits si rapidement, car les murs sont souvent dans un état de délabrement et contiennent du froid, de la moisissure et des fissures qui doivent être réparées avec des matériaux spéciaux... @@jooly_garxia yeah but its not like its super hard work, it can be tricky or if yer on a ladder and high up it can be dangerous and require some finess and stress yer back a bit but its not like back breaking tradesmen style work 😅 drywalling for example is way harder then painting lmao

      Exactly. How long did it take him to paint the edges and tape up the outlet? Prep work probably took at least another 30 min no matter how good he is, if not more.

    • @Deehydrate
      @Deehydrate 2 года назад

      @@JOHN.hennry taping outlet? Why the fuck would you tape the outlet? You use a paintbrush to outline the outlet, Half a minute on each outlet and if you are a little careful around them when painting it, No need to tape it. Im a housepainter, and I only ever taped an outlet when I was an apprentice. I would much rather be concerned about the lack of paint being put on the walls.

    Step one: spend 2 hours covering the floor and skirting boards, cutting in all the edges and fittings.
    Step 2: paint wall in 30seconds.
    Step 3: re-paint ceiling to fix roller splatter. Make sure to use same method as steps 1 and 2
    Step 4: repeat

      Not to mention RE-CUTTING and RE-ROLLING that same wall as you can even see the already painted cuts look a very dull brownish white and that’s obviously the white they intend to give the walls

Edges were already done by the time I got there, setup was 10 minutes, banged 11 walls out in like an hour and clean up was like 20 minutes. Drove to the next one.
