I personally love cardio. It’s taken many tries for me to warm up to weight training.
I LOVE that you enjoy it!! When clients first start working with me, one of the very first things we do is chat over what they truly enjoy! Ex: running, yoga, pilates, strength training, etc.! I always encourage you to do what is going to make you feel EXCITED to get that movement / workout in! We want to workout to FEEL good rather than to have a certain body goal! When it comes to our body I like to think of macros as the driver seat and our workouts as the passenger - there to help our body for long term health!!
