I personally love cardio. It’s taken many tries for me to warm up to weight training.
I LOVE that you enjoy it!! When clients first start working with me, one of the very first things we do is chat over what they truly enjoy! Ex: running, yoga, pilates, strength training, etc.! I always encourage you to do what is going to make you feel EXCITED to get that movement / workout in! We want to workout to FEEL good rather than to have a certain body goal! When it comes to our body I like to think of macros as the driver seat and our workouts as the passenger - there to help our body for long term health!! It takes me to bites to gain 2 lbs
I hear you completely! Sometimes we wake up the next day and think "woah!!! how did I gain 2 pounds overnight / with just a few bites of something"! The cool thing is that our body naturally fluctuates! I always tell my clients to look at their weight as a weight range for this reason! Example: instead of saying we way 180 for example (just an example number), I encourage you to think of it as 175-185 or so!! im 5’3 118 lbs after losing 75 lbs and notice if i eat more than 1600 cals I gain weight. Im ready to reverse diet. id also like to eat more for strength training purposes as I notice im not progressing in that.
I LOVE that you are excited about reverse dieting!! Especially if you notice you gain weight when you eat more than 1600 cals! A reverse diet is going to be a GAME CHANGER to get your overall intake up without that weight gain, but also the muscle growth/body recomp I see my clients have is THE BEST! Losing 50 pounds in 2 weeks is the most Un-HEALTHY thing you can do to a human body. Besides, you'd have to be extremely obese and be in a coma or some medical capacity.

So, what does someone do if they don't have a metabolism? Loads of health issues caused this. No thyroid
The awesome thing is that everyone actually has a metabolism! It can be impacted by our thyroid (I have worked with clients who have hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, and no thyroid), however it isn't solely dependent on our thyroid! The process is going to be the same, but your metabolism might just need a bit more "recovery time" if you will!
I was recently diagnosed with binge eating disorder and haven't been given resources to directly treat it. Will your program be able to help me?
I know how hard that can be! I personally struggled with binge eating disorder a little over 10+ years ago and what changed my life is really working on fitting the food that I love into my everyday (personally, tracking macros was amazing for me)! From here, I healed my metabolism through reverse dieting (what the course teaches) so I could start eating MORE food without fearing all the unwanted weight re-gain!
