Remove carbs and clean the jets. Check out OSD marine for carb rebuild kits. Also put in new NGK spark plugs. Make sure to keep oil tank full and that thing should last a while. If you don’t clean carbs it will run lean and burn up the pistons really fast.
Yep if it sat for a long time the jets need cleaning. I have to do it all the time with my 2-stoke outboards

you NEED to have a hose hooked up to the jetski. you will burn it up
You can run an older jetski out the water just fine for about 40 secs to a minute without having issues .🫡🫡🫡🫡
U can get an adapter to your water hose. Carbs need cleaning and new plugs

Plug, make sure Oil is feeding its has a separate oil tank! That’ll burn it up faster than anything. Old gas will foul a plug too. Hope it works out and is a good buy for Mr Clance!

It’s smoking because it’s a two stroke. And you’re also starting it on starting fluid. It’s going to smoke

You can run a hose to it I think but I believe you are supposed to have water running thru it if I’m not mistaken but I could be
Mechanic in a bottle and sea foam. Mix in gas then run some and let sit for an hour and repeat till runs best.

I’m not sure how much you know about jet ski’s but running it with out water cooling the engine you will fry the engine

If it has diaphragms in the carbs they have to be changed after sitting so long. It will not run right if so.

Run sea foam in the gas it will clean the carburetor

Make sure and change the impeller. They are plastic and break over time.
