I live in north Louisiana and have never heard of a chukar. We do hunt quail. Not sure about pheasants. Looks like lots of fun. What I found myself watching were the dogs. Impressive. Highly trained I’m sure. And dang Clancy’s a good shot!
Wow, super cool. You were 30 miles from my home town Mount Pleasant. I work in Pittsburgh and I would have like to meet y’all and taken y’all to eat some world famous Pittsburgh hot links. Glad y’all had a good time.
Ive done a lot of Dove hunting in Virginia in my early years. The national shooting percentage on average for dove is 3 doves per a box of 25 shells. So thats about 8 shots per bird. But jump shooting is a bit easier than trying to git a bird flying 40 miles an hr. 😂😂😂
This is the first hunting video I’ve watched. That was really interesting to see. Nice set up out there. I was also impressed with how many you got and the cleaning of the birds. I really enjoyed the video. ❤❤
When Showell Farms sold out to Purdue farms, they cut off a friend of mine who had just built 4 600 ft houses he turned to raising game birds and makes more money than raising pullets.
You can get you a very affordable drone. Look at the exo ranger i do belive what its called. Pretty good quality video. But super easyto fly. Very user friendly. I love mine.
Is Clancy driving on a license or is it that you are learning him it like the English and Belgium do. Are those birds heavier than wild birds? Qual has normally not much meat on the bones. Are you making pate of them? There is no use of drivers like the English do for their hunt on peasants?
Looks like a ton of fun. Didn’t realize there was a place to hunt pheasant in Texas! Maybe we will Skip our offshore trip this year and go bird hunt for a few days! Appreciate it guys
Cody you should definitely try raising some birds like they do so that you and your family can hunt them on your farm!! I’ve raised pheasants and bobwhite quail for several years and a buddy of mine has raised the chukers!!! I had never heard of chukers before until my buddy had gotten some to raise several years back now!!! I did have several hunters ask me if they could buy some quail from me to help train a couple dogs and they definitely loved them!!! I definitely suggest not getting the courtnix quail for training dogs because they definitely don’t like to fly as well as bob white quail do!!! Awesome video and good job Clarence on shooting more than every one else!!! Keep up the good work buddy!!!!
Good driving job (and shooting) Clancy 👊 I’ve been a part time Texan my whole life (parents are natives). At my San Antonio home right now; I’ve never heard of Gilmer, had to look it up on a map.
Ok Erica 💥🦆

Stormy Kromers are the best!
Come on cody you can do it good luck good thing that you get a chucker

Erika I was hoping you would have gotten a ring neck pheasant to mount
That was a Peleated woodpecker, thats the one that WOODY the WOODPECKER was mimicked after. Cody is going to be the winner.
There's another classic one-liner by Cody it probably doesn't bother you but it bothers me because it's on my side
I don’t even know what we’re taking about 😂

In maryland it's 2 pheasant a piece lucky
These are pen raised so there’s no limit expect how much you’re willing to spend!
But I shall try me one of those I'm sure it would be a lot more fun

Clancy has his drivers permit. You can get it at 15 years old. It allows you to drive with a licensed driver over 21 years old.
@@Bar7Ranch These day's you can do an exam at 17 and when you pass that you may only driver with a adult till 18 in NL.
