Thank you again, Steve. I had a great time exchanging ideas with you. I wanted to share with you that when my doctor saw the 300% increase in my T-score, she ordered another MRI. The scan showed no evidence of the prolactinoma. It completely disappeared. Hence, the high score. She attributed it to the diet. So, yay me. Looking forward to your goals presentation. Cheers, Steve. 😊
What an inspiration! Loved the interview. I'm not a runner but I love to backpack. I've heard people say you can't backpack without a bunch of carbs. I do it and save weight on food carries. I need to lose about 30 more pounds and build more endurance. After watching this I'm going to start with some smaller IF and build up to extended fasts. Thanks so much for doing this interview!!
Great interview. I'm struggling with motivation and this gave me some food for thought. We'll see if I can turn it into meaningful action. I'll try to think SMART and DREAM about it
This was great! Not a runner, I enjoy cycling and have done some endurance rides, but not since I changed my lifestyle to ketogenic. Also moved to a place that has more hills and never was good at that. So lots of opportunities for accepting challenges as I get older.
Great motivation and advice as I prep to start my first extended fast on Monday. Like Steve my greatest motivation is being around for my family since my kids didn't come along until after I turned 40. Now I am 55 and nowhere near the best shape of my life. For 20 years, through college and the Army, I ran almost every day, and did resistance workouts at least three times a week. I never even thought about what I ate. Now, I would just like to get back to running a couple of miles a couple of days a week. No Goggins challenge yet. Maybe before I turn 60. :). Thanks for all of the resources to help me through my endeavor, Steve, both here and at SeriousKeto. Oh, and I am the guy who teaches GOALs for my company. We use the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) model from Andy Grove and John Doerr (Intel). So I've got my OKRs for nutrition, fitness, and general wellness. Looking forward to your video on GOALS.

Wow, definitely makes you think about goals! Thank you both!
Did I hear right? Over the counter cgm in August for anyone?
Both Dexcom and Abbot have FDA approval for an over the counter CGM. Both plan to release by the end of summer.
Steve, when did this interview happen?
Friday evening
