I just wondered if you ever pass by these houses , where you have transformed their gardens, to see whether or not they have maintained them.
Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. I would be surprised to hear the owner started maintaining it.
Or do they just wait for you to do it again for free?
When it's that overgrown I understand feeling overwhelmed. Where do I begin? Ugh!

Good morning Spencer. The world needs more people like you. My husband had a heart attack & I am disabled. The day after we had received a warning about our yard (it was over 18” tall), without knowing about the warning, a couple of neighbors got together & paid for our lawn to be done for a couple of months after he was discharged from rehab. He now does it in “stages”, but we would have faced serious fines if not for them helping out. God bless you and all the kind neighbors in the world!!🥰

Definitely one of the Better "Before-n-After" Lawn rescue channels out there today. I'm surprised that more of these homeowners, who happen to be home, don't come out and offer some kind of help. None the less, it's more about the act of kindness than it is about knocking down a few weeds.
I just bought one of those GPS guided Robot Mowers for my 1/3rd acre of grass to mow. I'm just not a fan of walking behind a Self-Propelled 22" mower that feels like a Push mower after One week of growth in the Spring. The Kewl thing is I can now mow my neighbors lawn since she recently suffered some walking issues.
Great job. I would love to see the green waste removed.
That would take a second truck, trailer and yard waste bins. Not to mention, even more hours of cleanup. Getting it done for free, a line has to be drawn somewhere. A solution here could be a third pass with a mulcher. That would make the green waste almost invisible.

You can never just assume what someone is going through. He may look able bodied, but his mental state may not be. No matter how physically fit someone may be, depression is crippling. He may have gone through an extended episode and the yard got away from him. looking at the condition of the yard may have sent him back into a depressive state of hopelessness. At that stage, depression become perpetual until something far worse, or far better occurs. In this case, the outcome is far better. SB Mowing may have given this man the ambition he needed to find relieve from his feeling of hopelessness, and the ability to stay on top of the yard from here on out. I, myself speak from lifelong experience.

I really enjoy your videos, long and short, even tho I don't even have any grass in my yard except the weeds from neighbors as I live in a drought region. Wanted you to know that your shorts like this one are super fun and thank you for making these shorter videos too. Wonderful that you have millions of subscribers, you deserve it! PS in the 1970s I mowed my very small farm with a 1940s Massey-Harris tractor that came with the farm! Talk about fun, that was always a blast to mow my small pasture around my goat barn.
Spencer you do much needed service which is great! Me watching you doing yards where there’s sorry and lazy people sitting around and letting their yards go is giving them undeserved help! Wish you would take a little extra time and seek out retired fix- income seniors,disabled veterans and ones who really appreciate and deserve what you’re doing! I watch several lawn care guys and ladies on RUclips like you and I tell them the same thing don’t waste your time helping laziness!

I understand that this is your mission and appreciate your passion. I have a hard time reconciling that you cut lawns for people who are too lazy to do it themselves. I love that you take care of properties that have been abandoned to make the neighborhood better. Your time would be better spent doing that rather than helping someone who could take care of his home on his own. Just seems like he didn’t want to put in the work
