I’m not in wheel chair but disabled and I liked that too. And the shower only in master. Would’ve liked to see 2 sinks in Master.
I was thinking the same thing. We live in a house my husband built and when setting up the kitchen, we made sure I could get in and around the two islands in the kitchen in a w/c as well as having handicap bathrooms upstairs and down. I'm not w/c bound yet, but it is coming. I have to stop myself from falling daily and some days multiple times. Even that laundry room is big enough for a w/c.
This is my fave so far. Love the laundry rm, so many closets, big rms, pantry, unique floor plan. I like that you are chatty..lol. so am I. Cute kids, you are blessed.
One of the best you’ve shown - a bathroom for every bedroom is a real plus in my book.
Wow! I absolutely love this home. The layout is quite unique and very spacious. I wouldn't change a thing; I love everything, the trim, doors, cabinets, etc. Congratulations on the one year birthday for your son. They grow so fast.

Definitely a home for a foodie: huge kitchen, huge dining room, huge pantry - but relatively small living room 🤔
Actually everything is extra large in this house.

I do like the fact that the bedrooms are spread out.
I love that the main/master bath and walk in closent are not directly connected.
Too much moisture in the air to have your closet in the bathroom. Are they TRYING to create mildew?
@jenniferbrewer5370 EXACTLY! I hate it when the ealk in closet is immediately off the bathroom. It gives me the heeby jeebies just thinking about it. Yet that seems to be the way alot of newer house designs are going. Besides, I shudder to think of how my clothes would smell after the husband spent some "quality time" in the bathroom. Like some of them don't have a door separating the two.
I have not seen anyone beat Franklin homes!! Big living room w/fireplace. Big kitchens wrap around a center cabinet island.etc.
Love this home!! The layout is how a home should be set up, with the master in the back and away from the living space.

I’m only 5’1” and having drawers are what I’d want. No upper cabinets. Maybe open shelves for somethings.

I'm 4'9". My mom was 5'1"! When I was 4 Dad built her a kitchen where all the counter tops and cabinets were to her height!
I am 5 feet 2.5 and oh never like tall ans or high cabinets. Next house if to buy I will ask them to change entirely ro accommodate my heught requurement. Not even low cabinet due to my bad lower back and neck which thr neck can cause my Meneire's with rinnirus and vertigo so it has to be my height. Have 2 islands for stove and sinks. Money I dont have right so I hated too high in my home right.. the RV I am living in now.

This was one of the best homes you’ve shown us in quite some time! Great floor plan, with nice spaces and beautiful wood finishes. Loved the foyer with a closet!!! I’m not for most open floor plans, but the high counter top did help to make it feel less open, which for me is a plus. I think I would prefer the master to be the one separated from the guest room, at the other end of the house, but we could perhaps change that. Thanks Chance, for sharing this one with all of us 😊
Love the laundry room. Spacious and I agree, there should always be a sink in the laundry room. The only thing I would change about it would be to have a back door coming into the laundry room. It helps with keeping messes out of the house. I also love when they have at least a powder room near the back door/laundry area. From experience, I always have to go really bad when I get back from shopping, etc. lol.
Two shower heads in main bedroom, briliant, but one sink, and no tub, no thanks. Everything else is nice, love the doors and cabinet color.

I had to share this one to my Fakebook page! Wow! The size of those bedrooms, that beautiful kitchen with that beautiful huge pantry! I really don't usually care for the kitchen right across from the living room but.....i didn't mind it so much on this one! I have to say!!!! This is one of my favorites! Ok... I have to have a stand alone tub in the master bath!

This kitchen is how any kitchen should be set up! A triangle formed from fridge to sink to stove, that's a proper workspace and ease of access. Of course I don't care for the built-in microwave, but that can be changed. And I like this type of island design too. The posts are part of the structural support of the house, but site built you can use an LMB beam and wrap it with sheetrock to supprt the ceiling rafters and upstairs, if there is one. But I like the raised bar top. There's a lot to like about this house, a lot of good ideas. I like the interior doors a lot but I think I would opt for flat stock trim rather than the molding trim for the frames, I would the same for any exterior doors and windows, inside and outside. Nice home, but I'm not sure I would buy it. But I think it's very, very nice.

I really like that flooring they used. Nice to see a floor plan that is not of the norm.
This is my new all time favorite. Brilliant floor plan. I do wish it had a big jetted tub, but I can put a deck with a hot tub.

I love the outside designs,I like the entry, love the livingroom, and I love the seperat dinni g room area , kitchen is amazing, it's beautiful love the space In it, love the light colored stained cabnits , wow love the walk on pantry room awesome ❤, love the porch too great place yo enjoy a morning meal afternoon meal and BBQ dinner ❤, 2 bedrooms are great size , and each bathroom in the rooms yes I like that alot, oh my gosh I love the laundryroom 100%, beautiful home , oh gosh I really love the master bedroom and walking dnd bath , I would say this is my most favorite home you toured chance it's absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤

My favorite so far. Love the kitchen. It is well organized and has a ton of storage.I also love all the closest storage areas . I think the living room is beautiful and like that I can look outside, but I didn't see a place large enough on the wall for my TV or an entertainment center

I liked a lot about this house. Really loved the kitchen and the pantry. I'd take out the microwave and make room above the cooktop for safety and move the microwave into the pantry, but otherwise, it's great. I keep hoping for a day when builders will quit putting microwaves above the cooktop.

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a fireplace, otherwise it's perfect, I love the pantry wich knew the All along it was a pantry, I like the idea of a walk in pantry better, looks nicer the a whole line of cabinets.

This home has a unique and very practical floor plan which is great for accommodating an extended family. The flooring is #1 and the porches are a real plus. The only issue I have is that the master bath only has a single sink and no bathtub. Otherwise the layout, semi-open floor plan, and size of the rooms are perfect.
