Actually, I looked in the description and saw it's a mod called Half Life: Field Intensity. Not sure which half life it's a mod for but there's the name of the mod shown in the video
It's not an official Half-Life mod, it's a fan-made mod.But even though it was fan-made, I found the mod quite successful.
