Morning only fruits. Mid morning snack:very rare to take black coffee. Lunch: Only use millets. And more vegetables. Dinner: Two boiled egg with black coffee(add naatu sarkarai).or moong sprout salad 250 gram(adding sorouts,tomato,carrot, pepper, lemon drops).i dont take idly or dosa.I followed intermittent fasting. Sunday i took only lunch with plain biriyani and chicken gravy. I skipped breakfast and dinner on sunday. One hour walking regular.
