LOVED how the intensity went up as the workout progressed. This was super sweaty for me and the range of exercises was just perfect. Pure scenes in the setting to this as well and I loved how the white boat arrived and then disappeared, like you planned it. Just awesome. Thank you Anna for another top workout.

Hi Anna! Do you have any tips on how to strengthen your wrists? Whenever there are many exercises like push ups, walkounts, shoulder taps etc. my wrists really hurt which limits me in the workout. Thanks in advance and keep up with these amazing videos!
I really look forward to these exercises. I actually enjoy being sore, means I did something. Still trying to find a substitute for lunges. My toes don't bend so I'll have to find another way to get to those leg muscles.

Felt burnt out in the first 10 mnts. I even had to modify some of the exercises due to my foot problem even if this workout was low impact.Low impact does not mean easy too. I did take soo many breaks .But managed to finish till the end . I did this workout with my 17 yrld son. Thanks for sharing 🔥🔥🔥💯👍🙂

I loved this routine. Low impact but the pace coupled with lots of squats made it very effective without jumping. Feel great and love the music and setting!

Very grateful with this routine, we have burned many calories. I have done this routine with my daughters who are 10 and 8 years old, we have had to take a lot more rest, but it has been very fun for us, I have loved it, very easy exercises to do without so many choreographies, this routine of exercises for girls, very happy for the full body cardio, we have worked the whole body. It has been special to exercise with my daughters. We expect more HITT cardio routines (not jumping), we live in an apartment and we don't want to disturb the neighbors with the jumps and noises.
