    Started running in May 2021, 5KM time was 30 mins, then improved timing gradually, now by december 2021 i ran 5KM @ 24 Mins 5 Seconds, which is my personal best. Iam trying to make it under 23 minutes, but finding it too hard. Any tips to bring the time under 23mins ?

      Wow thats a good achievement brother! Inorder to improve your pace you need to include speed training also 400 mtrs 800 mtrs should be added to your workout schedule..also in a week if you are feeling energetic and no signs of injuries then try running more than 5k like 8k or 10 km ..so mixing up speed training and long distance will surely improve your 5k pace. !
