You’d think I didn’t need to go through several videos before someone demonstrates HOW to actually breathe while running. Thanks!

I really wish I can get my breathing down while running. Every time I breathe through my nose I feel like I'm gonna pass out 😂

You have to check out the breathe right nose strips. They open up your nasal cavities and make nose breathing WAY easier.

A great video! I have been video Journalling my 10 week journey with switching from mouth breathing to nose breathing while running (on my very small YT channel). It was much more difficult than I expected! Your video is a great overview! Thanks!

Coach Nate here, good luck! Remember when you're running hard enough try to breathe however which way works best for you in the moment. The best way to make improvements to your breathing is through your daily running at lower intensities. Small changes over time go a long way.
