    As a hairdresser of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you're not supposed to use harsh shampoo on your hair.
    I've seen hair lines of so many folks, and I spotted that people who were using strong shampoos usually had poor hair line.
    So I suggest only to use gentle shampoo only. I myself use and advise to apply litttleextra cocconioon shampoo only.
    Also, do warm oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and stimulates hair.

      Neem wood comb and littlleeextra cocoonnioon really was effective for reducing hair fall.

    I think this is completely irrelevant to hair, at least. As a teenager, I scraped my head with my nails and rubbed with palms fast and hard everyday with cheap shampoos and nigh scalding hot water. Back then I would often receive compliments how beautiful my hair is. In the past couple of years, I honestly tried to treat my scalp and hair better, including less washing, and overall it looks the same and still receding. It’s very hard for me to not wash it when I shower. I need to wash my neck and ears properly. I just feel dirty if I don’t. And when washing face or using the bare minimum hair products, especially the front, gets wet anyway.

    Would you consider creating a video on topical dutasteride? Concentration, frequency etc.
    I’ve seen doses ranging from around 0.05% up to around 0.75% with recommended use for lower concentrations as infrequently as once weekly with higher concentrations being recommended for twice daily use.

    • @MrWARRIORMONKS
      @MrWARRIORMONKS Год назад

      Not FDA approved, so no doctor would sensibly comment on or recommend it. Potential side effects probably far worse than any potential benefits anyway.

      @@MrWARRIORMONKS
      No. Dutasteride is an FDA approved medication- just not for hair loss. This would be considered off label use in the same way oral dutasteride, or low dose oral minoxidil is prescribed for hair loss. Off-label prescribing is common in medicine, especially in dermatology. Topical medications for hair loss tend to be better tolerated and have fewer side effects than their oral counterparts (e.g. certain formulations of topical finasteride). Topical dutasteride is already prescribed by physicians who specialize in hair loss e.g. Alan Bauman. Formula 82D.

      Cold water increases blood circulation in the scalp and makes hair better and stronger. Hot water does the opposite.

    Over the past few years, i have been losing a lot of hair. But a few weeks ago, i switched to using a sulphate free product for the second wash. My hair loss has reduced by 80 to 90 percent. The first shampoo contains sulphates so i will have to replace it with something else.

    Linoleic
    Prevent androgenic alopecia (hair loss )
    Linoleic acid, an omega 6 fatty acid, can prevent androgenic alopecia by down-regulating 5a reductase - the main cause of hair loss. Linoleic acid also has hair growth-promoting effects2. A study shows that if you are deficient in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and a-linolenic acid (omega 6 and omega 3), it can result in thinning hair and premature hair graying
    Read up on 5α-Reductases, also known as 3-oxo-5α-steroid 4-dehydrogenases, are enzymes involved in steroid metabolism. They participate in three metabolic pathways: bile acid biosynthesis, androgen and estrogen metabolism.

    But studies show sulfates are just cleaning agents and do help clean your scalp better than most. Don't know the basis of all this sulfate free movement. Head and Shoulders is one of the most effective one for example.

    Hi, Vikram
    Do you know anything about Minoxidil reducing collagen production? I use it on my face for medicine induced hairloss, so premature aging from it would not be good. Would collagen production resume after discontinuation? Is there anything to be concerned about in the first place?
    Appreciate what you are doing here.

    Is it possible that chemical straightening cause extreme hairloss? Hairfall from roots, not breakage!! I'm experiencing severe hairloss after a chemical straightening. The chemical wasn't washed out properly of my head and my scalp health deteriorarted. No scalp burn. But I'm going bald. Non stop hairfall from 6 months. Dull, frizzy, wire like damaged hair! Has anyone experienced this much or I'm the only one:( it's scary. Help

      Any chemical based treatments will harm hair, because it contains lot of harmful chemicals, i suggest you seek dermatologist or shaved your head, this will remove your damage hair.

    Will ketoconazole shampoo block dht in body
    Will that effect by growth... am 16

    • @battleoftheadds
      @battleoftheadds Год назад +5

      Ketoconzale shampoo has very little if any effect on reducing DHT. Its main benefit is to kill off certain micro organisms that exist in the scalp and may exasperate hair loss. It cannot be relied on to reduce hair loss.
      If you're truly balding at 16 you'd have to turn to topical finasteride, topical minoxidil and/or microneedling. Best to consult a good dermatologist for this sort of thing, but generally you shouldn't consider oral finasteride as young as 16.

      hop on finasteride as soon as possible, start at 0.25mg per day. Break the 1mg tabs into quarters and take it everyday. you can try minoxidil foam which will act as a hair growth stimulant but it wont stop the hairloss, it's a good duo that will work nicely. Take it from me i was once in your position with hairloss at your age and i wished i would have started sooner.

If so how do i take care of those hairs?, can i use DHT blockers and minoxidil 5%?
    Also is there a way to help the thinning hair to get thick!?
    Please answer i couldn't reach my surgeon🙏
