They do not come standard with the options you describe , such as hair trigger , grip ECT. They are add on, and raise the price of the base controller by 100 dollars.
Got a scuff impact, after less than a month of having it and hardly using the controller, the left thumb stick totally wore down to plastic, my advice, buy a strikepack, it attaches on to your normal controller and is much cheaper. I dont own one but a lot of my mates do, they used to use scuff but now all prefer strikepack
