Ethos Ceramic Pro bottle says to let dry 15-20 minutes. You did 15-20 seconds .

You’re supposed to let them sit for Atleast 3-5 minutes and I’d apply a second coat just to really bond everything and I found using a DA polisher really works better imo

Yoy used enough Ethos to cover half the vehicle. Also it should dry for about 20 mins.
