    its been a couple of months since ive been constantly doing this and i also started doing guasha and my face has become almost symmetrical! i can take photos with the back camera without looking deformed 😭🤗🤗

      @@OSMANMohammad-q1q uneven nose and face structure, my nose has improved its shape and my face has gotten tighter, slimmer and more symmetrical, although eating clean and working out were the main reason for this.

      @@Celi-y8y you need to continue it. Not for the rest of your life I think but Atleast for a few months maybe year. Think of braces if you don’t do it consistently your teeth go back to their old positions, the same I think it is with your facial muscles.

      ngl, his face exercises works like magic.
      since im busy due to a work and got tired, I can't do the exercises everyday. it took me for months to see the result.
      but if you can do it multiple time(don't over doing it) for everyday, you can see the result faster.

    We have all used the inverted filter on tiktok.
    I want to lay down on a road and get ran over. I feel so insecure, but you know what I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and try to change it. I’m gonna do it every day for a month and let you guys know the progress.
    Day 1 - ✅ face felt lighter
    Day 2 - ✅ don’t really see a difference yet but patience is key!
    Day 3 - ✅ almost didn’t do it and felt like there was no point but remembered marginal gains

      I just take care of the way I look and honestly am decent looking but had a huge glow up, I recommend to anyone who feels insecure to stay consistent with 1 - Daily facial excersize before you go sleep | 2 - sleep on your back always | 3 - Face wash and Moisturise when u wake up and before you go sleep | 4 - formulate a very healthy diet involving plenty of water and greens | 5 | use minimum brightness and max blue light filter on your phone | 6 try to stay away from electronics throughout most of the day | 7 plenty of body excersize daily (can be a sport, gym etc) PUT THIS PLAN INTO ACTION AND I PROMISE YOU A MODEL LOOKING FACE IN JUST 2 MONTHS OF CONSISTENCY

    I have started these exercises from 22Sep,2023
    and still continuing (29 sep)..
    Let's see what happens
    Today-11 October, 2023 and
    I will do it till 10April,2024 for everyday to see the results..
    Today is 26th of Nov and I stopped these exercises 1 week ago cause I don't get results instead my face became more slim, narrow and the asymetry became more noticeable

    I did it 1-3 days for for over two months (mostly consistent), but I don’t notice any difference ):
    To be fair, the only asymmetry I have is a little on my Cupid’s bow, eyebrows and a deviated septum.
    I think maybe my cheek bones look more prominent, but hard to tell forsure

    is it effective ,i do uneven cheeck first and then do this exercise every time, i do it 2 times a day morning and nigh (before sleep). my left cheeck bone is more expand and upper than my right ,i also do mewing focusing for my right that i push more the right palate to make my )right cheeck bone expand and upper (is it right?) ,what you guys opinion.     Great exercise of course, but nothing is more effective even in a structural level than Mewing, that means to fit the entire tongue from the very back of the root all up inside the palate. This is the perfect oral posture to keep permanently. Unbelievable results in face symmetry, facial shape, straight teeth and great antistress automatically regulating breathing at best.

      I used to do mewing, and it worked very nicely, but I got an expander and braces. After that, I couldn’t reach the roof of my mouth, and it didn’t really do anything for me anymore.

      Mewing is the reason I got a assymetrical face.. It does work but if you do it thr wrong wat you'll end up like me.. I have uneven palate.. So i couldn't fit the right side of my tongue and now I have an assymetrical face .

      I recommend the newer one. however exercises have varying different results individually dependent on the exerciser's condition(i. e. what length the muscles have). So try both and do the one that feels more refreshing/freeing up. If you cannot tell the difference, doing A on Monday and B on Tuesday would be a very good training strategy, as the body adjusts to the exercises and therefore we need to give it a shock(a change in a good way).

      @@f6cks really good 👍🏼 I still do the first exercise , but don’t do the end massage , I just jump directly to the second version, because the beginning of the 2nd version, you have also to massage your scalp, face etc. It saves some time 😁 I’ll keep doing that not everyday anymore, only every other day, just for maintenance because I already have the results I want.

      @@yeayea6331 Well the only thing that is really noticeably asymmetrical on my face is my nose, and unfortunately that cannot be reshaped. These exercises only help if you have tight muscles on one side of your face and not the other. It wont reshape your bones

      @@nayan6389 I've been doing these exercises, the eye exercises and the nose one's 6 times a week and I do see some changes, they're very small but yes, the thing that changed most is my nose. Its almost perfect now and I think it also slimmed a little. And I feel like my eyes haven't changed at all, i think I'll have to increase the intensity of the eye exercises (I'll just do them 2-3 times a day)
      I also started chewing gums, because my left jaw is much smaller than the other, I chewed any food I was eating MORE from my left side of the mouth so it also helped a little

      2nd update: I stopped doing this after 2 months. I haven't done any exercises since first week of March. But when I was doing these exercises, yes I did see some differences. The position of my eyes improved a little, the eye that felt droopy got better. My cheeks became better. There isn't much difference in my lips though. Also my jaw muscles were extremely uneven, because of my bad chewing habits and probably because I've slept one side of my face my whole life. they weren't getting affected by these exercises so to change that I started chewing alot from my weaker jaw, and yes it helped a little. I've also started sleeping on my back now.
      I suggest you to keep doing this exercises 2-3 times a day if you can, for atleast 30 days. Even if it doesn't change your face much, your skin will get better because these exercises will make the blood flow to your face better. There was this new glow to my face when I was doing this. I think it's time for me to start doing it again.

    Will it fix my tmj?

      I find that these are excellent stretches for TMJ! I haven’t slept with my night guard in after doing similar exercises nightly for a few months. The stretches involving the temples and the masseter muscles help the most. Including the neck is really good reinforcement for relaxing!
