@@Celi-y8y you need to continue it. Not for the rest of your life I think but Atleast for a few months maybe year. Think of braces if you don’t do it consistently your teeth go back to their old positions, the same I think it is with your facial muscles.

We have all used the inverted filter on tiktok. I want to lay down on a road and get ran over. I feel so insecure, but you know what I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and try to change it. I have started these exercises from 22Sep,2023 and still continuing (29 sep).. Let's see what happens Today-11 October, 2023 and I will do it till 10April,2024 for everyday to see the results.. Today is 26th of Nov and I stopped these exercises 1 week ago cause I don't get results instead my face became more slim, narrow and the asymetry became more noticeable

Great exercise of course, but nothing is more effective even in a structural level than Mewing, that means to fit the entire tongue from the very back of the root all up inside the palate. This is the perfect oral posture to keep permanently. Unbelievable results in face symmetry, facial shape, straight teeth and great antistress automatically regulating breathing at best.
I used to do mewing, and it worked very nicely, but I got an expander and braces. After that, I couldn’t reach the roof of my mouth, and it didn’t really do anything for me anymore.
Mewing is the reason I got a assymetrical face.. It does work but if you do it thr wrong wat you'll end up like me.. I have uneven palate.. So i couldn't fit the right side of my tongue and now I have an assymetrical face .

I recommend the newer one. however exercises have varying different results individually dependent on the exerciser's condition(i. e. what length the muscles have). So try both and do the one that feels more refreshing/freeing up. If you cannot tell the difference, doing A on Monday and B on Tuesday would be a very good training strategy, as the body adjusts to the exercises and therefore we need to give it a shock(a change in a good way). @@f6cks really good 👍🏼 I still do the first exercise , but don’t do the end massage , I just jump directly to the second version, because the beginning of the 2nd version, you have also to massage your scalp, face etc. It saves some time 😁 I’ll keep doing that not everyday anymore, only every other day, just for maintenance because I already have the results I want.

@@yeayea6331 Well the only thing that is really noticeably asymmetrical on my face is my nose, and unfortunately that cannot be reshaped. These exercises only help if you have tight muscles on one side of your face and not the other. It wont reshape your bones

I've also started sleeping on my back now. I suggest you to keep doing this exercises 2-3 times a day if you can, for atleast 30 days. Even if it doesn't change your face much, your skin will get better because these exercises will make the blood flow to your face better. There was this new glow to my face when I was doing this. I think it's time for me to start doing it again.
I find that these are excellent stretches for TMJ! I haven’t slept with my night guard in after doing similar exercises nightly for a few months. The stretches involving the temples and the masseter muscles help the most. Including the neck is really good reinforcement for relaxing!
