  • It's not all about strong winds in big air, I have to make use of every thing nature throws at me, Not suited for riding doesn't exist in my vocabulary. I make use of anything from 10 up to 60+ knots

    Nice Style and video, Thanks! I would like to see more of the kite, to get a better feel...

      Yeah I get that but wanna focus on the tricks and I'm not supported by the brand anymore so no promo on their behalf.

      @@sejalipe Yeah, I understand. But in my opinion the feeling for the trick is better, when I can see the kite movement, too.
      Maybe a few scenes with kite in video to mix it up a tittle, pretty please ;)

    Niet normaal. Gewoon maar 15knp max en dan dit . Insane . In het echt nog veel gekker om te zien.

      Thanks,I wouldn't know where to start. It's the result of many years of training and coordination. Believe it or not but I learned a lot by watching videos and visualized tricks. As you start improving you add combinations. That's how it worked for me.

    Hey Jamie how often do you pull the kite exactly the way you planned versus realizing its about to do something you were anticipating but rolling with it anyway?

      To be honest it almost always goes as planned if not I improvise and manage to correct it anyway 😉

    What is your hydrofoil set up? Are you using the levitaz race board and race wings?

    • @sejalipe
      @sejalipe  2 месяца назад +1

      I use the Levitaz Exo board with the R5 XS race wing and mast

    • @movieman12341
      @movieman12341 2 месяца назад +1

      @@sejalipe Thanks! How is the durability of the race wing for big air? My race friend says it's really fragile and didn't recommend for big air. I'm hoping that may have changed in the last few years though. Note that I want my gear to last 5+ years if possible.

    • @sejalipe
      @sejalipe  2 месяца назад

      @@movieman12341 Levitaz is top Notch quality but keep in mind this is a race setup never intended for big air. I use it without any significant problems but you gotta stick landings clean and as soft as possible to keep your gear in one piece. Better check out the Aspect wing first for big air.

    • @movieman12341
      @movieman12341 2 месяца назад +1

      @@sejalipe will do. I actually already currently use the aspect 2 wing😃. It seems really twitchy at top speed and I was hoping the race wing might be more stable and less twitchy at speed. Only problem is I’m not you so still have harder landings at times even with foil kite. lol.

    • @sejalipe
      @sejalipe  2 месяца назад

      @@movieman12341 yeah probably not use me as a benchmark, I tend to use gear for purposes it wasn't intended for. The main reason for me to use the R5 is speed stabikity and less drag which transforms into explosive high jumps. But uncontrolled hard landings will ruin a delicate race setup
