- It's not all about strong winds in big air, I have to make use of every thing nature throws at me, Not suited for riding doesn't exist in my vocabulary. I make use of anything from 10 up to 60+ knots
Nice Style and video, Thanks! I would like to see more of the kite, to get a better feel...
Yeah I get that but wanna focus on the tricks and I'm not supported by the brand anymore so no promo on their behalf.
@@sejalipe Yeah, I understand. But in my opinion the feeling for the trick is better, when I can see the kite movement, too.
Maybe a few scenes with kite in video to mix it up a tittle, pretty please ;)
King of Airstyle 👑
Thanks bro🤙
You are the best … by far … by way far!
Thanks 🙏
Total control! Thanks for sharing
Thanks, you're welcome 🤙
Good jumps! I make use of anything from 3 knots up to 35-40 knots 😉
Excellent ! Congrats 👍🤙
Thanks bro🤙
Beautiful 👌
Awesome🧚♂️😍❣️👍
Thanks 🙏
Niet normaal. Gewoon maar 15knp max en dan dit . Insane . In het echt nog veel gekker om te zien.
Thanks Jeroen, we hadden allebei op een beetje meer wind gehoopt en er toch nog het meest haalbare uitgeperst😉🤙
Nice summer session :-)
Thanks, although I would have liked +20 knots above the conditions in this sesh😉
Soooo good man! Will we see you practicing unhooked stuffs? I am sure you can create some nice stuffs in this area!
Thanks, never say never but unhooked is not my thing and doesn't fit into real big air in my opinion
❤
Hey Charles Brodel ??? you have Jamie here !!!! :-)
Hahaha,Charles knows but the hydrofoil is just a side activity for me and frankly I only really like it in 25+ knots.
sooooo floaty! excelent! whats the foil size Jamie? Thx😀
Thanks bro, it's a size 18. I only use it when conditions are getting desperate 😉
This is not normal 😂 Awesome! Could you explain your stuff?
Thanks,I wouldn't know where to start. It's the result of many years of training and coordination. Believe it or not but I learned a lot by watching videos and visualized tricks. As you start improving you add combinations. That's how it worked for me.
💞Wow🧡🧡💜💜💜💜💜🧡
Hey Jamie how often do you pull the kite exactly the way you planned versus realizing its about to do something you were anticipating but rolling with it anyway?
To be honest it almost always goes as planned if not I improvise and manage to correct it anyway 😉
What is your hydrofoil set up? Are you using the levitaz race board and race wings?
I use the Levitaz Exo board with the R5 XS race wing and mast
@@sejalipe Thanks! How is the durability of the race wing for big air? My race friend says it's really fragile and didn't recommend for big air. I'm hoping that may have changed in the last few years though. Note that I want my gear to last 5+ years if possible.
@@movieman12341 Levitaz is top Notch quality but keep in mind this is a race setup never intended for big air. I use it without any significant problems but you gotta stick landings clean and as soft as possible to keep your gear in one piece. Better check out the Aspect wing first for big air.
@@sejalipe will do. I actually already currently use the aspect 2 wing😃. It seems really twitchy at top speed and I was hoping the race wing might be more stable and less twitchy at speed. Only problem is I’m not you so still have harder landings at times even with foil kite. lol.
@@movieman12341 yeah probably not use me as a benchmark, I tend to use gear for purposes it wasn't intended for. The main reason for me to use the R5 is speed stabikity and less drag which transforms into explosive high jumps. But uncontrolled hard landings will ruin a delicate race setup
what kite and what size were you riding?
R1V4 size 18.0
How long have you been riding legend?
I started at 9, so about 9 years now.
WIPIKAAAA
🤣😂
