It was so encouraging to hear Violet say her pain stopped! Since I started getting this pain I’ve looked up exercises to help out and have been resting from walking (which is hard because I love waking) but have been discouraged that this is what I’ll have to deal with the rest of pregnancy. So happy to know there is hope!
Yes! There is hope! If the pain does not improve, I highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. They are able to give you an individual assessment and diagnosis.
thank you for this. PSD has taken me out of my workout routine for 2 pregnancies now and that is tough on my mental health but this made me feel good. focusing on slowing down and honoring my body and healing. thank you!!
@@YogiMomLife yes! I even woke up feeling mostly better today, even if it does hurt to pick up one leg to shower or put pants. Overall, I’m not in the miserable pain that I’ve been suffering for almost a week now. Ive had a really good day today! Can I do this sequence on a daily basis to make any remnants of pain go away?
So glad you are feeling better today! The sequence is gentle enough to do daily if it helps you feel better. But it’s not necessary to do every day. Continue to listen to your body and practice only when it feels good.💜
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing discomfort. If you feel like you are having symptoms of pubic symphysis, it would be best to see a pelvic floor physical therapist. They can give you a diagnosis and help with treatment.
That’s a very good question. I’m not sure if you would be able to do this practice with a fibroid. I would recommend speaking with your care provider and asking them if it’s ok for you do yoga right now.

This is the first practice I've done since experiencing PSD that actually created relief. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
That is so great! SPD is uncomfortable and finding relief can be so helpful. I’m so glad the practice helped you!

You’re welcome 🌸. I’m so happy to hear the video helped you! Slowing down and honoring your body is the path to healing.
Thank you for this! I needed it very much. I now have it saved in order to do it frequently to fix my SPD.

I hope someone reads this but I’m 14 weeks postpartum and am having this issue but didn’t have it during pregnancy… nothing is helping

Can I do this in pregnancy with large fibroid

I liked your set, but too much talking during. Makes it hard to be peaceful.
I appreciate your feedback🌸. Glad you liked the set. I will be mindful about allowing more space for silence in future videos
