Ive got 4 weeks until my due date and found this meditation while ive been trying different ones out. It is short but effective, i feel like i could use this while im in labour to stay present and calm, thank you
This got me so emotional. I am at the very beginning of pregnancy, this is our first child and I am so happy but scared. I’m trying to stay positive but get these what if scenarios in my head.

My first baby too. My son feels all my emotions especially the drama I'm going through already with the dad. 🥺 my heart is hurting so much. It's not our babies fault. They know we love them. ❤

When I did this meditation I was only 4 weeks but now I am on my 9th week.
It's very common to be scared during pregnancy I get this feeling all the time and my doctor specially told me to meditate to release all the fears and negative thoughts for a healthy pregnancy. I wish you a healthy and safe pregnancy ❤🎉

Everytime I do this meditation I cry when I touch my belly. When I feel how much hard time I'm going through. And this baby chooses me as a mother . I got so emotional. Is it normal??

Mam my baby '$ heart rate is 180 tachycardia..i dont know what to do..do these exercises help to reduce the heart rate
