- This bitch of a traffic warden has given me many tickets for parking on my estate where I have been a resident for over 30 years. Many were for not parkinng correctly within the bay or for not displaying a permit. But wait, what do we have here, traffic warden parked somewhat in a visitors bay and also not displaying any permit or dispensation which would allow her to park there. So why does this bitch get away with parking illegally and expect people like me to pay a fine for parking?
Furthermore shes using her own private vehicle to carry out her work duties, is her insurance company aware of that. Also she wasn't wearing any uniform yet again.
Nothing to say shes a traffic warden.
Even though this is private land that bitch is a private traffic warden, still don't give her the right to park illegally and for the land lord, Eastend homes to say that it's ok and expect people to pay for parking, well these cunts have another thing coming.

@@robg4729 only if you are transporting goods for financial gain for example a contractor visiting multiple places of business or domestic property's to carry out works, as contractor i have to have that type of insurance, i would also say that she needs to have it too due to the fact she is carrying out works that can result in financial gain by the means of visiting various sites to issue tickets after all its a business its not like she took her car to the office and the vehicle remained at the office thats domestic insurance to commute to and from your place of work not multiple places that requires another insurance like mine.

If she's using it for work, then like everyone else i expect she has made sure it's insured. I insure all my vehicles to cover business use anyway just in case
You don't need business cover if you're just driving round from place to place for work.

Typical rules for thee but not for me. Her job is to generate revenue for the Building Association at your expense. It’s a friggin money crab. Everyone has their hands in our pockets. I do all I can to give it back. My bank took 75 US in bank fees for a clerical error on their part and would not refund my money. Well it cost them an ATM machine because I went back a few nights later and filled every orifice that ATM had with expandable spray foam. Done and dusted.
You would never hear this happen in the UK. The Banks in the US get away with everything.
They likely have a contract with NCR to come fix them. So it costed NCR money at least !

The traffic warden's are jobs worth. One rule for one and another for the public. They are probably on a bonus.
The biggest problem with paying people minimum wage, as I'm sure these people are on is that you get a don't care attitude, which I for one can't blame them for, and fully understand.

its clearly stated in the rules ALL vechiles must be parked in accordance the the instructions .... this means ALL vehicles , even the police are supposed to park correctly ... i know they dont but they do get points on their officer licence when reportd for incorrect unsafe parking ....traffic wardens parking attendants are the same as joe public
Look at the rules for parking wardens/attendants. It allows them to park in contravention of the rules in order to carry out thier duties
I parked behind a Rolls Royce once, when I came back I had a ticked, the Roller didn't. It was still there an hour later, challenged the warden, he just walked off without speaking. Corrupt the lot of them.

Residents of a new developement kept getting tickets, so the redidents called for a meeting and the car ticketing company got kicked off, the land lord agreed ,the gate code was changed but the old ticketing company had snuck in to the parking area ......unofficaly using the car park so they could ticket another developement , no one would reveal the pin number

Thing is you get shitty people in these positions who get a thrill out of giving someone a ticket and ruining their day. The double standards are real with this one. She should have just said your quite right my bad I'll get that vehicle moved now. Instead they stood there scratching their heads to try and come up with an official sounding excuse. I get really pissed off with a lot of these ticket officers and I don't even drive, they get a kick out of being a nasty and unkind human because their job gives them the freedom to do so. I work traffic closures sometimes and have even seen them issuing tickets to co workers cars that are parked within the road closure with clear signs saying "this vehicle belongs to one of road closure traffic staff" , however this doesn't stop them being nasty uncaring scum with badges that allot of them are. Sorry in advance for anyone who is a fair and reasonable ticket officer you don't deserve bad press but unfortunately you work in a pit of snakes.

This only applies to councils &c enforcing statutory parking regulations. The law doesn't apply to private land, if you've got penalties (not fines) it will be because of breach of contract, not illegal parking. Somewhere you will have agreed to park within bays etc, even if you don't realise it!

I had a friend who was a Traffic warden for one day. In the eastend of London.Somebody threatened him with a 🔪knife ! This was over 20 years ago I but its alot worse now.
