Problem is, we can never ‘outweigh’ our sin with good works because the creator is perfectly holy, meaning his standard is outside our reach; & just as he is perfect in holiness, he is also perfect in justice, so sin must go punished, and the wages of sin is death & hell, which the Bible describes as eternal fire where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth Thankfully God is so merciful, 2000 years ago he sent his son Jesus Christ down from his throne in heaven to this earth, & here he lived a perfect & sinless life, only to take on judgment on our behalf by becoming our sin, & dying a grim death on a cross. Before he died, he said “it is finished” meaning, the debt of our sins have been paid. & On the third day, he conquered death & rose up. So now we can go free from the wrath of Gods judgement, not by earning it, but as a free gift of grace; except a gift can either be accepted or rejected. So what we must do in response is understand the magnitude of our sin against the creator, go before him in humble repentance of our old ways through gratitude in his sacrifice, & confess with the mouth Jesus Christ is Lord, savior, & the ruler of our lives from that moment forward. (Romans 10:9). The moment this happens God will grant a new heart, new desires, & eternal life in his presence; Nothing on this earth even close to compares to what awaits believers. This is the most urgent decision all of us will ever make, as it determines where we will spend eternity. & all of us, wether believer or atheist know deep down that every last word here is true. You’ve built a great empire with kinobody, but that doesn’t go with you to the grave. All affairs of this world is worthless without God. I pray you heed these words and come to Christ. Until then the wrath of God abides on you. All glory, honor & praise to Lord Jesus Christ

Greg, the type of guy to sleep till 2 “fast all day”, and then eat dinner at 5, drink wine for 5 hours followed by dessert. Go to bed at 3 am, And most importantly film it! So then he can call it a diet!
Guga Foods did an experiment about leaving the steak out for 20 minutes. The conclusion was that it wasn’t nearly enough time to actually raise the steak’s temperature. The best way is to season your steaks, then put them in the oven at 200 for 20 minutes before searing. (if you don’t have a sous vide)
Amen 🙏 someone else who has gotten leaner during isolation! I have lower ab veins popping too. I do IF for 18-20hours and I am below 10% it works and like you I find it easy to adhere to.I break my fast with a coffee with creamer and micro nutrients and have a big ass dinner and a snack at bedtime. I have been yo-yo dieting for two decades, tried them all and the only thing that has ever worked, long term, with generally basic ease, is this formula discussed right here It’s not that path to being a PED monster at the Olympia, but for anyone wanting an above average chiseled physique instead of a dad bod this is an amazing solution. I stumbled upon the same limiting fat loss beliefs, eating every 2-3 hours (annoying) to rev the metabolism, cutting and being afraid of carbs, doing keto, even did the 500cal HCG diet, they all worked, but temporarily they aren’t idea for long term success That’s why when Kinobody says it took years of trial and error and this stuff is extremely valuable k I agree it is. It’s legit down to earth simple healthy and it’s advice that’s actually gold served on a silver platter. Thank you for sharing your decade(s) of wisdom
This is great. I was doing the snake diet. Went from 261 to 205. I cracked and gained to 2010 after a binge. Now I'm doing the kinobody and I can see it's sustainable. Down to 200 and will get to 175 in the next 3-4 months without destroying my willpower anymore. Thanks Greg.

I've altered it slightly in that I do the kinobody workouts and diet with an X3 and I basically do a 72 hour fast every 11 days depending on weight. That way I never have to eat at a deficit and I personally find it easy to just do a longer fast and get those benefits than to eat under 500 or so many days.
My dear friends, at times like this, it's important that we remember that, despite all the sickness and economic uncertainty around the world, there is a man out there that is more shredded than he's ever been doing a photoshoot and living his best life. Hi Greg, tomorrow begins the Ramadan for all the muslims. In this holy month we are fasting in order to reflect to be a better version of yourself and to develop a better connection with God. So its nice to see a connection between your intermitting fasting method and our fasting as muslims. Please create a video specific for the muslims during Ramadan, you propably have a lot of muslim followers.
I’ve done intermittent fasting for six years and it’s life-changing I’ve never been this lean before. I pretty much follow the same diet you do. I eat chocolate bar every day for almost 5 months , I’m 174lbs 5’11” and have fuckin lower ab veins! It’s fuck easy
So if you break fast at 4 or 5 pm,.. what time do you wake up.. if you wake up 8 am and do gym session before breaking your fast.. its quite hard to stay fasted until 4-5pm when you eat the first meal..would expect he would break the fast at around 1-2pm , unless he wakes up at 11am or maybe 10 am then it would make sense

Jacob Lebron No doubt he has great genetics, but I’m pretty sure it would work for most people. Who’d complain about getting to eat chocolate and brownies while losing weight? Not eating for 20 hours isn’t really that hard once you get into the routine of it.

Also, your not getting the antioxidants or vitamins needed from a serving of veggies with every meal either... Horrendous!
do you find that you have trouble sleeping at night when you take vitamin D later in the day (when you break your fast)? this is something I've been struggling with because I've read that Vitamin D is a inhibitor of melatonin, they're almost like opposites, and so when you take vitamin D too late in the day it can inhibit melatonin production at night. just curious if you've had any experience with this

I love intermittent fasting, but I don't fast every day! My job is very physically demanding and I 've noticed that when I am cutting and fasting my energy levels drop significantly and I am not very effective on my job. So I tend to eat something very small in the morning when I have to work for a lot of hours. Usually something with 200-300 cals max. This for some reason gives me a ton of energy.
Greg I think you need to study the concept of homeostasis and how our body has various tactics to keep us at the same weight whether we eat 1800 calories or 2800 calories. Dr Jason Fung explains it really well in his book the Obesity Code. It supports your theory you are trying to explain at the end but I think it would help you explain it more scientifically and succinctly. Cheers!
