@@Rulayrollie That perspective is incredibly short-sighted, to be honest. The majority of foods available today are incredibly unhealthy. I exclusively consume minimally processed whole foods to ensure my body receives what it was designed to process. Typical family meals, especially in my Italian household, often include junk foods like pasta, pizza, and animal products drenched in excessive oil and salt. They also tend to drink a lot of wine. I avoid all of that completely and prefer to cook meals for myself that are healthy and make me feel good, not weighed down. At 36 years old, I've been living a clean, healthy lifestyle for the past 15 years, and most people think I'm 25 or even younger. Everything Greg said is spot on true👍. I’m living this life myself and it’s fucking glorious. My physique is better then every other dude in my gym and I’m only 5ft 9in and 176lbs but I’m ripped at 9%bf. You just feel amazing every day and you get tons of attention from everybody. It’s badass.
For a long time I lied to myself I liked looking big. Granted, I carry my bodyfat really well, as in my arms, shoulders and face never looked puffy, but I was always hesitant to take my shirt off. Now that I’m leaner I feel so much better and fully agree with pretty much everything Greg said. Now when I look at bigger guys (even just natty) I just can’t imagine wanting to be that heavy and slow again, and sacrificing the aesthetic benefits of being leaner.
what did you do to get aesthetically lean and how much time it took you ? also i assume you had good foundation of muscle mass under that body fat you carried
*For me 10% is the best balance for everything. 🚨 (for being natural)* Once you get to single digits you lose a lot of muscle fullness, strength and you don’t tend to fit that well with a shirt on or even shorts due to leg size (hams, quads and glutes) dropping significantly as well. I think everyone should aim for 10% and if they still don’t look as cut or face isn’t chiseled enough, they should do other things to fix that aside from continuing to push the slope to single digits. Below I will provide some examples 1. If you keep your carbs controlled and your sodium flushed out, you will look leaner and more dry than normal giving you the illusion that you are even leaner. That’s an option to be more cut 2. For facial aesthetics, the same thing applies but also you can get some face treatments done to bring your face to look better too Just some tips since I am an individual already at that 10% and I like to have abit of balance with life as well

Being very very lean for me personally is equated to being VERY VERY VERY lightheaded, weak, dizzy and lethargic. In shorter words, hot stomach=being Ill. I tried it before. I have to literally eat once every two days to have a stomach like that. And I did and I achieved. But feeling starved, headachy and lethargic 24/7 is so hard to maintain that now I am not like that. My stomach is bulging, but I feel good enough to keep going to work and live my life and endure all its stresses without passing out.
@@Amokzyy about to say you definitely don’t have to go that extreme to get that lean, it’s just that nobody has the routine to lose the weight to get that lean in a more healthy timeframe, everyone is trying to starve themselves down to 10% then wonder why they feel like absolute ass
Hi, been following you way before your Bruce Wayne video and recently decided to get into the discipline of staying lean and can vouch on what you mentioned. Everything else falls into place. And I mean professionally and outside of the gym. Girls even compliment my face being chiseled, thing that NEVER happened before getting down to 9% body fat. Keep putting out content, knowledge and motivating others, Greg.
It all depends on the individual trainee's goals. Some guys feel okay at ultra low body fat percentages, but others feel better in the 10-20% range. Eric Bugenhagen is a great example of a guy who has more bodyfat on his frame, but he still looks insane, especially with a pump. That also brings the height, and muscle mass of the individual into question. Eric looks way different at 25ish percent bodyfat than a guy who only started training 2 years ago.
I think I'm 14% bodyfat. But I look shredded. When I was even leaner. I got snapped up easily. But when I eat 4000calories and stuff myself. I gained alot of strength and muscle mass. Being shredded looks cool. But there's consequences to everything. GREAT VID tho Greg. 👍
It is the reason I got into your channel and your advice back in 2017. I was so upset at how fluffy I was. I was like 15% body fat. I saw other lean guys with their veins popping. Was so jealous. I thought I could get lean by just eating healthy foods but nope. It wasn't till I started counting calories that the weight really started dropping. I've been able to stay lean very consistently ever since. If you were higher body fat I wouldn't have been interested in your advice. It's kind of annoying how many fluffy 16% body fat guys there are in the gym. Like youre gonna be that disciplined with the gym but then neglect the diet to even look good. Might as well stop lifting weights if you're never gonna get lean. You don't look good all big and bulky
Bro, why would it annoy you seeing fluffy 16% body fat guys at the gym? if I were in your shoes I’d like seeing it because it would make me look even better in comparison lol I’m about 14% body fat and whenever I see a guy who’s 20%+ at my gym it gives my ego a boost since I know he makes me look even more lean than I really am. Plus, girls at the gym will notice you first for being leaner so imo it’s a win.
@kevinwilson7318 I just want all people to succeed in life and seeing pathetic self sabatoging behaviors from people annoys me. Makes me lose faith in humanity. That's cool how you view it though
@@dr.dylan123 Life is largely a competition with you peers so if you look better than them you will be more successful than they are in several areas of life. It’s good that you want everyone to succeed but I think competition out here is fierce so I don’t want too many people bettering themselves lol For example, in terms of attracting women, women generally LOVE tall men. I’m 6ft and 14% body fat so if I’m around women and I’m also surrounded by all of these 6’4”+ guys that are 25% body fat I don’t want them to loose weight because if they got lean they’d have a MASSIVE advantage over me in terms of attracting those women. In that hypothetical scenario even though I’d be a lot shorter than the 6’4”+ 25% body fat guys, most women would probably still prefer my appearance over theirs for being way less fat.
Greg’s programs have gotten my strength up, helped me gain muscle sustainably and be fit for the most important reason. Kinobody helped me be useful in a time of crisis. Now, I wanna look exceptional. Having coworkers and friends telling my hair trim that fat and I’ll be 👌 Gonna be doing the MSP

Thoughts on Nofap and endocrine health? I find that a lot of younger men these days are addicted to motivation killing activities like pornography and even weed which kills your motivation to wanting to talk to women in real life as well as improve career opportunities/goals.
1. More attractive to women (makes dating easier) 2. More disciplined (i.e. how you do one thing is how you do everything, helps with discipline in work/business) 3. Longevity (eating lower calories extends life. I think this is because it lowers the stress on your thyroid which produces hormones or something like that) 4. Higher muscle to bodyweight ratio (i.e. feel lighter, stronger for your size, easier pushups/chinups, running, etc)
hey bro, your physique has been an ispiration. can you describe the process of getting where you are bc many of us are still on the journey of getting there and they one day maybe we'll be able to say: time to maintain for a while yk

I’m 8 % bodyfat and 99 pounds of muscle out of 189 total weight. Discipline is big thing, but let your self a day a week of indulging. I figured it out in couple months after getting single digit body fat, your mind just getting tired and needs anyway at some point
I just bought ur program? U sure doing 4 exercises training only will make your muscle grow ? I’m hard gainer and I used to do push pull in in good shape but I want more gains it’s so little workout
I believe Greg when he says he feels good and productive being so lean, but for the most people with average genetics being sub 10% bf is not worth it. I was maintatining 8% bf for almost a year, during that time i felt: 1. Tired and hungry almost all the time. 2. Sex drive disapeared. 3. Test lvl went down from 680 ng/dl to 300. 4. Strength and size platued. 5. Bad sleep quality. 6. With a t shirt and without a pump barely look like i lift. 7. Can't enjoy food, drinks and social events like normal people. So these are the downsides. But to be honest there are also some benfits: 1. Looking big without t shirt and a pump. 2. Having the beach "abs" photo on tinder which does upgrade matches quality to the next level. 3. Was able to pick up girls and get more phone numbers at the beach / pool parties. But that's about it! I'm an engineer and not a fitness influencer so there is literally no effect of being so lean on my career. If at all, the effect is negative because i was tired all the time and lack energy to focus. The only real benifit is getting laid more, but once you get that 1 photo for the apps it doesn't matter if you show up to the date fully dressed at 12% bf because the girl wouldn't tell the difference anyway and even if she did, she wouldn't care at this point. So really there are no benifits to being sub 10% bf unless you're a fitness influencer, an hollywood actor preparing for a movie, or you just hang out at the beach looking for hook ups all day. Sorry to ruin the dream, but really if you have a normal office job and seeking to look good, feel your best and enjoy a good quality of life don't be this lean. Be in 10-15% range, anything bellow 10% will most likely only ruin your life.
Under 10% body fat is terrible for men. Testosterone will go down a ton. A body fat percentage under 10% is only maintainable if you're on PEDs. The guy in this video looks like the knows all about those.
I bought 2 of your Programms but have continuesly problems with the access!! Now years !!after I bought it your support team tell me to prove the payment I did which I don’t even know when or how I paid it.that’s very annoying.because I go through your program over and over it’s so valid

For example, in terms of attracting women, women generally LOVE tall men.
Such a SICK watch man! Love the AP Royal Oak Chronograph. Amazing taste and choice of watch brother!
Coach Greg needs to do a video on this guy.
Thanks bro, been going to the gym for 6 months trainer just told me im lookin very lean already didn't know what it meant till i saw your video
I've seen this guy a million times at the gym in multiple cities now. It's kinda funny. He may be cocky, but he's the real deal...
This was an excellent video. Many of the points you bring up ring so true for me. 🤙🏼
Greg’s programs have gotten my strength up, helped me gain muscle sustainably and be fit for the most important reason.
Kinobody helped me be useful in a time of crisis.
Now, I wanna look exceptional. Having coworkers and friends telling my hair trim that fat and I’ll be 👌
Gonna be doing the MSP
And emptied your wallet?😂
@@СталкерТравушка Nah my wallet got bigger because of it. Because I got fitter, i was more fit physically to take on more stress and produce better results in my life thus... more opportunities and more money. Your body is how you create wealth. Give it the best that it deserves. Hope that explains it Grass Stalker.
@kinobody the only fitness youtuber i follow
Thoughts on Nofap and endocrine health? I find that a lot of younger men these days are addicted to motivation killing activities like pornography and even weed which kills your motivation to wanting to talk to women in real life as well as improve career opportunities/goals.
Greg the type of guy to say Henry Kaveel
Yea Bruce Lee is a great example. What a warrior. He really was the breakthrough for Asian actors in Hollywood.
1. More attractive to women (makes dating easier)
2. More disciplined (i.e. how you do one thing is how you do everything, helps with discipline in work/business)
3. Longevity (eating lower calories extends life. I think this is because it lowers the stress on your thyroid which produces hormones or something like that)
4. Higher muscle to bodyweight ratio (i.e. feel lighter, stronger for your size, easier pushups/chinups, running, etc)
Great video, thanks. Been following your guides for years with great results.
When is the blueberry muffin collagen protein coming back. It’s been too long I need it. I’m shrinking everyday.
Hey Kinobody. Can you please possibly do a video talking about Human Growth Hormone, how to increase it, and symptoms that it may be low/depleted?
*Greg the type of guy to hire models to give him a turn back stare.*
Greg the type of guy to get pissed off when the bad guy in a movie is 15% body fat
Gonna download this on my phone to listen everytime there's no connection on the subway
Nice motivation dude
Awesome video! Thanks for the motivation. 🙌
Greg is a legend!
Greg the type of guy to give a homeless man food for thought instead of actual food.
😂 lmfao omfg I’m dying
You're my inspiration Greg
Gotta love KINO, cut the bs and lets get right into it 😂
For single digit body fat you dont need Kino body program, you need a calorie deficit & a discipline.
hey bro, your physique has been an ispiration. can you describe the process of getting where you are bc many of us are still on the journey of getting there and they one day maybe we'll be able to say: time to maintain for a while yk
Greg the type of guy to get a movie star body so he could watch movies to say his body looks better than the actors.
Great video thanks for the tips
Just thank you. I m not getting lean for abs, but for my face aesthetic, and i thought it was just me. I got motivated for this journey. Keep up guys
Bro you definitely need to audition for the new Batman brave and the bold movie. I know you had the Bruce Wayne video but I really think you would be the perfect Nightwing. 🦇
Great video greg, i needed this
amazing video. recently i felt like you want to copy state but this vid was so you again
*Tate
background music was fire 🤣what are these songs?
I’m 8 % bodyfat and 99 pounds of muscle out of 189 total weight. Discipline is big thing, but let your self a day a week of indulging. I figured it out in couple months after getting single digit body fat, your mind just getting tired and needs anyway at some point
Thank you for this motivational video Bro
I just bought ur program? U sure doing 4 exercises training only will make your muscle grow ? I’m hard gainer and I used to do push pull in in good shape but I want more gains it’s so little workout
Man I gotta get back in shape
greg , the type of guy to roll up his sweater and get to getting lean.
I believe Greg when he says he feels good and productive being so lean, but for the most people with average genetics being sub 10% bf is not worth it. I was maintatining 8% bf for almost a year, during that time i felt:
But to be honest there are also some benfits:
@@KrissyCakes88882 he claims natty
😂 Greg is definitely not natty
‘Most trainers on insta are not that lean 10/15 percent’ … sorry to break it to you Greg but so are you
Most people are not 18%, especially in the US or Canada. I can assure you.
Thanks for motivation man!!
I am 11% bodyfat with not much effort, but I hold sugar intake low and cabs below average.
You gotta transform your BAWDYY 🇨🇦 haha
I bought 2 of your Programms but have continuesly problems with the access!! Now years !!after I bought it your support team tell me to prove the payment I did which I don’t even know when or how I paid it.that’s very annoying.because I go through your program over and over it’s so valid
Fantastic video
Greg the type of guy to claim heaps of people requesting videos when everyone that watches his videos only go to the comment section.
Turn the music off or if there’s gonna be music make it badass
Been wanting to crack the code to get lean and leaner 9 % body fat
The best benefit is looking like a movie star.
