    oh my god the cannelloni are awful, burnt to start with, dry and hard they look as not enough tomato sauce went on them., lots of cream too much. No cheese? you have to pre soak the fresh lasagna sheets if you are going to roll them into cannelloni to avoid breaking them, terrible cooking.
