Panic attacks are terrible, there's no place to run to, you're stuck with the worst possible feeling in the world. For me it's an everyday occurrence. Sometimes off and on all day. The only thing is medication and those really aren't the best for you. But, sometimes that's all you have .
I accept these feelings in my body The anxeity is apart of you It is apart of all humans, life and nature We all feel it The only way to overcome it is to embrace it Embrace the feelings Accept them as they happen Because they are safe and natural to experience And accepting them is the first step to healing
I have emetophobia and i dont feel good. Im fighting nausea likely from panic attack. Noone understands what its like. Its as if im on the edge of cliff with no parachute. I completely ahut down in every single way. I am unable to relax and i would rather die than feel this. I need this
