At 4:20 you can see one of the horns. They have been mounted backwards. There is a different version of this video that shows the whole process needed to reverse the horns. Its a bit of stuffing around.

Top it up cold and go around the block twice and retest oil level, this will be perfect.

No, it's not so bad, it's one of the easy one's to do. The video is a great guide as is the paper back fitting instructions.
