    Hi, can i possible make this ahead? Like prep the meat and dough and shape them up and refrigerate? And just fry once needed? Thanks!

      Yes off course, even you can put in the freezer too and take out when you need it. I already tried!

    Are you sure only half a cup of water? Because I tried it a couple times to make the dough it’s dry..I wasted 8 cups of flour.. I have empanada recipes that I’ve been making but I saw yours and I decided to try it. Never tried one with vinegar.. I just want to know the accurate measurement of water please.. Thank you..

      Hello. Yes ½ is right but if you mix the dough and think it's still dry, add a little bit more, gradually. Thanks!

      Kapag half kilo na harina, nakagawa ako ng around 25 to 30 pcs. Depende din kasi sa laki. Yong form na gamit ko is medium size.

    Your measurements for water seems to be wrong. I tried your recipe and the outcome of my dough and yours is so different.

      It's up to how you do it and the flour you are using. The water should be very cold (ice cold water) and the butter too. If the dough is dry, add a little bit of water and if it's too wet, add a little bit of flour. This is the only recipe I keep and it always works!. Thanks for watching. Have a nice day!

      Hello. Off course you can bake it also. Brush them with egg wash and bake for about 20 minutes (375°F) or until golden brown. Keep in mind that texture/taste may not be the same with the ones fried. Thanks!
