24:27 I hit you up, after a review said…Photos do NOT do this cabin Justice! Way better! I struggled with my pics, and choices! Thanks for teaching me everything I can fix for success! Found your channel today….Subscribed and will binge on! Wow! Thanks!
i have been renting two apartments for the last 5-7 years and really learns much from this channel in the pas two days. Pro calendar, staging. Nice stuff.
Hi Sean, thanks for all your great advise. I have been told by dozens of people to hmget professional photos taken. I now think I can do it my myself. Thanks. I am also watching all your content, a coupe per day. We hope to finish renos in 2-3 weeks.
Been watching your whole catalog of videos man. From sales to pictures to furniture you have given so much value to the community! I live in miami and I’m looking to see if this is a good place to start or if I should look elsewhere. Any advice on if its a city worth starting up in? Again, thank you for the advice and pro tips for free!
I’ll continue to do so too! Miami is a little competitive, BUT if you can be one of the best then you’ll always do well. And for the upper percentile you’ll make a killing in miami
Not sure why you don’t have more likes and comments… great video! Thank you, you gave me reassurance that I can do my own photos and save on photographer!
Thanks for these lessons! Love this channel. What lights do you recommend for beginners to help light up a space for your photos? You shared a pic, but any brand recommendation or link would be awesome! Appreciate it, keep it up!
You are awesome! So much useful information. Thank you. We’re in Kearny, NJ and we’re thinking of converting our basement into and AirBnb but we don’t find many Airbnbs in our area, do you think that’s an indication that it may not be a popular destination?
Never thought about setting the table but sounds like a great idea! Thanks for that. What do you think about having some steaming pots/pans on the stove?
Hey mate could you do us Kiwi's a favour and look out for new high quality' wool ' products being used in furniture. It would help new Zealands struggling strong wool industry.
Yeah a company in new Zealand called big save furniture.there replacing the synthetic inner parts and even some exterior parts with woolen materials as an effort to move away from fossil fuels and use more sustainable natural fibres.I feel it has a tremendous story and future and would add alot of credibility to the airbnb rentals. Im so considering following you arbitrage bussiness in New Zealand. Would just be a matter of seeing weither or not we can get landlords to agree and weither the income and expenses stack up.
I shoot real estate photography. I have my tripod at about 4'. I'd suggest getting a tripod for your phone, if you're going to use it to take pictures for your listing.
As a 7 year host that had 14 listings and was bringing in 250k a year, airbnb flagged my listings as fraudulent. After I had hosted 1200 groups with 4.5 out of 5 stars average rating. I was erased. Is there anyone at BnB who can help?? I was banned before the company went public..
How can someone who has been ‘banned’ from the platform reach out and actually speak to someone that will review their case subjectively ? Any help greatly appreciated.
that is a toughie. best method is through email initially. you need to be able to find the cause and prepare your case. You can use twitter as a last ditch effort. but don't do that until you can give them a full report of your case for reinstatement
you aren't taking photos of THINGS, you are taking photos of the light falling on things. once you get your head around that idea, you'll start to "see the light".
I’m a pro photographer here for the Airbnb hosting tips and these PHOTO tips are spot on Sean!! Very nicely done!!
Awesome! Thank you! Means a lot from a pro

This was so helpful Sean. Just the push I need to narrow my photos down to 20 per listing.
What's your thoughts about bnb'ing in the Miami area

in jersey its because of regulations. but you live there so I think you're good
Do you have to use a separate app to bracket on an iPhone?
Yes. Because You have to merge multiple photos.
@@AirbnbAutomated do you recommend an app?
Never thought about setting the table but sounds like a great idea! Thanks for that. What do you think about having some steaming pots/pans on the stove?
that would be a way cool shot
I always thought that was a bad idea because I figured those hosts LEFT the dishes set ,,,, yikes,,, sometimes I’m slow to the game,,, haha!
Great job Sean I have a 3 lens iPhone 11 and a Nikon with a 12-24 wide angle lens I want to incorporate your ideas into my photo taking thank you
let me know how it goes
@@AirbnbAutomated Sean I live in Fort Worth do you know of restrictions keeping us from hosting?
They aren’t the best at enforcement so I’ve noticed that apartment complexes tend to not get bothered
How do I get those awesome aerial or high up city views without a drone of my own added to my listing?
Thanks so much for all the good tips. I’m surprised you don’t close the toilet in your photos. It’s a pet peeve of mine.
Mine too..it’s the feng shui energy part of us!
Hey Sean, are you having any more live events anytime soon?
Haven’t done them since pre Covid but I plan to soon
@@AirbnbAutomated awesome, I look forward to it.

Ugh where is the video for me to send to luddites who want to know how to upload photos to their desktop Airbnb?
I've PAID for OTHER programs($5000.00) and they are not as easily understood and implement as the FREE information here!!!
Oh no, my hero photo is from my bathroom, hot tub pic😅
