    Diet for sprinters :-
    1. Soya seeds
    2. Sweet potato
    3. 3 to 4 litres of water
    4. Mango and banana
    5. Little rice
    6. Omega 3 fish oil tablets
    7. Chane
    Don't Eat diet :-
    1. Sugary drinks
    2. Don't eat junk food
