I actually don't know much about this bus other than the fact that it's a GMC Fishbowl with a Manual Transmission. I got the idea for this kind of video from ‪@neoplandude2932‬

Neither or, it's privately owned and just like majority of the buses in that event they were brought to the event by the owners. More so contributing for the Bus Fest. So you probably won't fine it in service anywhere. There's a chance to see it out in the streets at random but it wouldn't be easy
