    Hi Linda, do you know the Karran Case? Was a very unique case of ufology...I'm talking about this because the "e.t" left a very cool technique to activate some areas of the brain...and tought the history that our brain was much more evolved, including ESP, but in a solar explosion some areas of our brain were atrophied, it's a fascinating story. And this case is from the 70s, and already talked about the importance of increasing lung capacity due to oxygen deprivation as winhof method does...
    You will find it interesting at least.

    Daamn another barnstormer nice variant to the upper back exercises which i do some of naturally now, the twisting whilst keeping gaze straight is very useful to keep my back painless in it! Since i started ur exercises my chest and upper back has became looser
    Fuck doctors etc you are the best!!🥰🥰😭😭
