The truth is the begins suit has the potential to be the best however it wasn't put into thought for the movie and the focus was all on the action and story. Just imagine if in TKDR when Bruce returns to Gotham after fixing his back and escaping the pit to find all his suits destroyed or vandalized by a certain clown. He goes to his secret lair to retrieve his OG begins suit and wears it for the final fight. What a throwback and ending it would be with the more menacing begins suit and cowl in the bright snowy daylight at that riot fight scene!
I would also add that in the secret lair he actually has another tumbler in black only to be use as a last resort which would've been epic seeing him use it against the other ones the league stoled.
I like both. But personally? Begins all the way. The cowl is just perfect. The panther esque silhouette seriously makes him look far more intimidating. TDK suit gives him a chicken neck which makes his head look big and doesnt come across fearsome imo

A good way of looking at this is to look at the purpose for the batsuit in the first place... he dresses up to actually look like a giant bat and by doing so instil fear into the villains of Gotham City. So when you look at these suits from that perspective there is only one winner. The Begins suit actually looks more like a giant bat (the knight suit doesn't look like a bat at all) and would definitely instil fear in the villains... Begins for the win all day every day
I would choose Batman begins. Because how he made the suit in the film reminds me that it could be done in real life. And also he looks more like Batman to me. Maybe it's cuz I grew up in the '80s and '89 Batman is what Batman looked like to me. Don't get me wrong the dark night suit is pretty nice and crazy detailed.

The detail is great on the DK suit and the rerelease of the 1/4 version coming next year i am afraid to say is much better then the first one based on vids from HT headquarters . EB did a great job on the Begins suit , HT did a better quality job and better presentation but either way , and what ever suit a person picks , the Trilogy has yet to be dethroned in my world although time will tell ..
I completely agree that the 1st Batman Begins suit is the best in terms of the most menacing and intimidating. It best signifies what Batman aims to do which is strike fear in criminals and continue to do so. So, it's my favorite one, as well but also gotta be objective and go with what is most practical, which depends on what Batman would be doing. If he's just tackling mostly low-end thugs and such and aiming to be the most stealthy then Batman Begins armor is way to go, I'd say. If he was dealing with opponents who would not be afraid of him and especially if they were gonna be a challenge like Bane or the Joker, then I would go with the more tactical n mobile Dark Knight suit. The cape on the Batman Begins suit is what really does it for me. It's longer and he can completely wrap himself around in it which really gives it that true bat feel and just adds to the mystique and fear factor of it, which we see him do so well in Batman Begins and is just epic. Yes, I missed the big thicker neck of the Batman Begins suit, as well lol. It just made him seem bigger 🤷♂ But frankly, I would be going with the Dark Knight suit more often than not, I think due to it's versatility and for the fact that I would prefer to be lighter and faster but that's just me
Begins is less chunky and that's hat makes it so good. The only advantage I would see in the other one, is the head helmet mount - it seems it does gives more flexibility and orientation.

Begins all the way. Knight has the tactical high tech future like army/sas style to it. Head sculpt is much wekaer and not a fan of the skinny neck. Doesn't suit the bat head. Where begins is very batman. It's more predatory and that cowel is perfect. So menacing and something to watch in the shadows. Almost horror like. Begins all the way.
My only gripe with panther batman [begins]is exactly that - he looks like perky eared panther. He should show more of a bat essence, which the latter iteration pulled off a bit better.
Great video Dean. I guess imma be in the minority. I much much perfer the TDK/TDKR Batsuit over the Begins suit is one of my least favorite Batsuits. While it is intermediate for me it lacks the tactical advantages that the TDK/TDKR has. Which being more tactical screams Batman to me. TDKR is better proportioned, beter color contrast, and just looks better overall.
Begins, hands down. It was safe in terms of design and borrowed heavily from the previous Batman movies of the 90s, while introducing realism that gets 'improved' on by the Dark Knight

I love the look of the begins suit the best, but TDK was my first Batman movie that I ever saw so I will always love that one. The begins suit is so terrifying and awesome, but if I was Batman I would like some mobility so I wish we got a better compromise between mobility and looks, which is why the BVS suit is the absolute best live action Batman outfit in my opinion. Begins all the way. I will say though I wish it had been black and grey. I saw pics on google mate of the begins suit recolored to black and grey. It's fair Dinkum skits. Deadset mate just put in batman begins suit black and grey on Google to see what I mean. I like it netter that way cause it's comic accurate of course but another reason for me is that its hard to see the details on the all black suit while the great areas really make the detail pop alot more. Just my 2 cents since if I had it my way I'd just have blue and Grey with the occasional black and grey on screen

Functional and mobile TDK suit, all day. Most of the parts of your TDK are stock, as opposed to the modified BB.
