    I have just tried it. Great workout! I have only changed some exercises to a difficult level. Magnificient 20 Min! Keep going! My daddy belly fat is going to disappear😊

    Do you ever include any chest specific presses off the floor? Or chest flies? I don't remember seeing any in your workouts and I've heard that balanced chest development is important for posture too.

      it is impossible to answer not knowing your physical development level. How much weight can you safely press over your head for 8-10 times?
