@@PavelKrotovFit I already used the 24 kg which is progress for me. Now, two days later, I still have sore muscles in my butt. :D
So the training is really good for the glutes and hamstrings. A bit more for the upper body would have been good.

Great workout, could you please incorporate more videos with this type of interval time frame; I want to lift heavier and this interval was perfect for that.
Excellent session! Used a 14kg 4 the 1st set of each block 4 a warm-up. Then a 20kg for remainder sets.

Fantastic workout! Great exercise selection. Love the kettlebels more than dumbbells. (Russian blood takes over me) And I love the timing 30s on 30 s. Perfect for me, although I am not a 40 yo dad at all)

I am a woman and I think this is a fantastic workout for women who want to be healthier, stronger and have beautifully defined muscles) Kettlebells are great for everyone. Of course I use 8 kg and 10 kg mostly here.... with 28 kg I could do only a sumo squat))
