How I Make: An Easy DIY IKEA Style Bookshelf

This was a fun diy woodworking project. We needed a bookshelf for some organization in our son's room but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I had a few ideas on how I wanted to make one but settled on a simple six box style bookshelf. The wood I used was a sheet of 3/8 plywood and some 1x2 pine for trim. Painted and weathered it to give it a worn in look. It turned out pretty good for never having made one before. All in all I had a really fun time with this build and I learned a lot. I hope to continue to grow, learn and make things.
