What a great version.
LOVE IT when JOE swings
Best Breeze cover IMHO
I just don’t get any better than this can’t wait to see joe again .
These fellow's are so constant, love 'em.
Natural entertainer such charisma so talented. No show like a Joe show, what a band!!!!! And boy can Joe pick 🎸🔥💎☘️
Superb. He was always one of our best.
🙏 RIP JJ Cale.
Joe playing a Gretsch. It just had to be with his Eddie Cochran connections. Love it. Great version of Call Me The Breeze.
Just love the style and backing too
Wow Joe you've still got it !! What a great cover of this iconic song written by Mr J.J.Cale, sadly no longer with us, RIP. Bikers adopt this song, as very descriptive of "riding the breeze" as they do, out on the open road,
From the early days of playing with Billy Fury and here we see Joe still turning on the style.
Brings back some great memories. Me and my band played on the same bill as Joe at the "Live Aid" festival in Cleveland. what a great day that was! We travelled all night after a gig in Scotland to make rehearsals for 11.00 am, only to discover, we weren't on till 9.30 at night. Was it really all those years ago?
The sound of that guitar sounds’fresh’!!
im a tulsa Oklahoma native . we grew up 9n jj cale .nice job and version of that great so g ..JJ CALE PUT THE COOL BACK IN COOL .THE LAID BACK IN LAID BACK..ty
I just discovered Joe Brown a month ago, after seeing Concert for George on PBS. WOW! I love this guy, such a great talent! And I think what draws me, is the fact that he knew and played with Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent, (was such a big fan of those two) and had the opportunity to see Gene Vincent back in the late 50s, in Hays, Kansas. I still have the ticket stub and his autograph! Anyway, better late than never. I'm enjoying Joe's music immensely!
Joe Brown..a great guitar player..so underrated..a very humble man..
He's been there done it wrote the song..played it..and still doing it..
Not many people can say Eddie showed me how to do this.always loved Joe look forward to the next tour
Indeed.....Eddie Cochran was the man who brought 'rock ' as opposed to rock n roll to the UK, those 4 months Ed spent in the UK before his untimely death were the most formative period in the evolvement of the British music scene
Fantastic,
That’s history in action always loved joe singers come and go legends stick around u
A JJ and JB fan. What a great video with a great story and song 👍🌈💯

You obviously haven't seen J.J's original!!

Pretty good! Comes very close to capturing the JJ Cale minimalist style - while still keeping the real groove!
Merci beaucoup, from Paris, Texas...LOL.

Очень приятный тембр голоса у коричневого Джо и отличный темп исполнения без надрыва. Прекрасно!

NICE GUITAR IF YOU GOT 10K!!
They made a limited number circa 2012 , but contrary to what you might think , price wise from what i recall they were under three grand. Yes a lot of money but only slightly more than a catalogue price Gretsch 6120 at the time.
TOTALLY FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!
