If you change settings in the main menu, you usually change it for ALL characters. If you load a character and change the settings then, you will change the settings only for that ONE character.

Thank you I'm totally new in like EVERYTHING! Meaning it's my first online game. I normally play nintendo Zelda, animal crossing ,... so bought this after playing skyrim on switch but had nooooo idea how difficult and how different this is from skyrim. And all those abbreviations like when ppl were talking there're using like 4 abbreviations in a sentence and I had no idea what they were saying. So I had to learn A LOT. Didnt even know what pve or pvp meant lol So watched a lot of RUclips videos like yours. I've bought it the last day from free play blackwood and now I'm looking into addons, got a lot helpful ones. But I think you have no idea how helpful your and other video's are to me. Without it I would have given up on the game. I still have to learn a lot but I have a much more understanding of the game and my guild is very helpful too. I realy want to take this moment to thank you, and all ppl who're making such content, from the bottom of my heart ❤❤❤
Another awesome video. I prefer the % for my resource bar. The reason for the % is that many abilities/spells work off a certain % of health or other determinate. Just my perspective.
I hate Double Tap activated abilities SO much. It really is too damn easy to do something that causes a False Positive that the game mistakes for command to activate that Ability, whereas also I can be embarrassingly bad at Double Tapping on purpose skillfully so sometimes I fail to do that Ability during times I actually meant to. Edit: It'd be cool if ya could set the ID thingie so it displayed the Character Name, then below it in a Title-like way, the Player ID. Sometimes we might be interested in both instead of having to choose. Sometimes people have fun Character Names.
I’m a pretty experienced player but even I found useful information in here, I was wondering why my RGB AOE addon was so dim and hard to see still and I noticed my brightness for the enemy and friendly AOE’s were turned to 1 instead of 50. Huge help!!

Hey Lucky, I have played on controller for years, just switched to pc and I currently play ESO with a controller but trying to learn keyboard but my hands won’t cooperate. Can you do a video where you have an overhead view of your keyboard along with your screen if you can? I’m currently practicing with keyboard, just frustrating lol.
If only settings saved after changing them. I can't believe a game from such a big publisher has this issue after many years. And no, the settings file is not on "read only".

Too bad ps4 doesn't allow all these changes. I do have to say the color change for enemies and friendly is the best change i ever did. My guildmate told about it a while back and my enjoyment of the game increased immensely. I'm not dying in big trial fights near as much because i recognise danger faster.
I hesitated to change dodge roll to one button because I want to dodge roll in the direction I want. If you change to one button how do you direct your character to dodge roll in the direction you want?
the same exact way. the direction you you press when you hit your dodge roll button is the direction you roll! so rather than "w +w" to roll forward, you hit w once and your dodge roll button, if you were already moving forward you dont have to let go of w and stop forward movement in order to activate dodgeroll. try it, it will feel very natural after one day of gameplay and save you headaches! best of all, no more accidental studder step dodgerolls :D
I can't hear any voice chat... so want to chat to others... I've got standard ESO only with no sub... I'm going to get a sub though for sure totally love the game it's AWESOMESAUCE WITH SUNSET COLOUR CANDY SPRINKLES..... How do I get voice chat going? 😌👀
