Thank you! This has been the best advice we have received; it was an instant pain relief.
A frozen bottle of water also works great! The cold will also help reduce inflammation.
Can you do it more than once day ? I’m two days in notice a difference
What about when the pain and instability moves to your ankles and the where your feet and legs meet? Its even on the sides and top of my feet now. Its so debilitating 🥺
Can you please explain why this is ok, but taking a break from running isnt? Doesn't massaging to the point on pain also break open the micro tears? Thanks :)
On the first technique, I can’t feel it working the affected area. Mine seems to hurt more towards the middle of the arch?
i wanted a foot massage done by my partner but she wouldnt touch my feet even tho i just wanted to cry from the pain
Make deep tissue hurt???? Who taught you this nonsense!
she could be a foot model
or... she is one
