    What a great video! Thanks a bunch doctor. Do you recommend ice and/or ibuprofen/Tylenol as well? I’m really hoping these stretches help me out.

    You wouldnt believe how I got over my plantar fasciitis. I treated mine a bit different. Mainly some hip exercises and stretching the hamstrings. I would actually wear a boot when I went to bed to keep my foot at a 90 degree angle relaxed position for 6-8 hours.
