This RUclipsr is international and may not know any of the US measurements. I was able to scale the recipe as close as possible using references from online. Here’s the recipe closely scaled: 543 g -> about 5 sticks butter 285 g -> about 2 1/2 Cups powdered/icing/confectioner’s sugar 23 g -> about 1 1/2 Tablespoons (same as 1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons) Vanilla Extract
Hi, when you keep mixing the butter for 5-10 mins the colour will change to white fluffy buttercream . Make sure to use room temperature unsalted butter .

If you don't use all the frosting can you save it, and if so for how long?
The remaining frosting can keep in airtight container, in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for 2-3 months .

Hi, buttercream can use to make floral design on cake . Make sure the buttercream is not too soft like in the video .

5-10 ish minutes for me. You can honestly just look at the color and if it’s white and fluffy, it’s done
