    Vanilla buttercream
    Unsalted butter -543g
    Icing sugar -285g
    Vanilla Extract -23g

      Hi, buttercream can use to make floral design on cake . Make sure the buttercream is not too soft like in the video .

      Thx for replying, so when I mix I have to put it on medium speed??? . And then I will divide it and add different colors. Then I will have to mix again for the remaining buttercream on high speed to make it like in the video ,
      Now , can you plz tell me around how much buttercreamI will use for only for frosting the cake
      Or should i double the buttercream recipe...

    If you don't use all the frosting can you save it, and if so for how long?

      The remaining frosting can keep in airtight container, in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for 2-3 months .

      Hi , this buttercream i used for cake . You can also make flower but in more hard consistency .

      Add a little bit of purple color to it

      5-10 ish minutes for me. You can honestly just look at the color and if it’s white and fluffy, it’s done

      Hi , buttercream can store in freezer for 2 months and this measurements for 1/2 kg .

      Hi, when you keep mixing the butter for 5-10 mins the colour will change to white fluffy buttercream . Make sure to use room temperature unsalted butter .

      I keep mixing butter for about 6-10 mins until soft and fluffy . It is more easier if butter is soft .

      This RUclipsr is international and may not know any of the US measurements. I was able to scale the recipe as close as possible using references from online. Here’s the recipe closely scaled:
      543 g -> about 5 sticks butter
      285 g -> about 2 1/2 Cups powdered/icing/confectioner’s sugar
      23 g -> about 1 1/2 Tablespoons (same as 1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons) Vanilla Extract
