Very valuable video, thank you. I have had pain in my lower back for 2.5 years now. Went to many doctors and chiropractors, nobody seems to be able to help. My left leg became weak, I can go up the stairs a little but my body immediately tries to switch me to the use of my right leg instead ( it's my stronger leg), also I started getting pinching or super sharp sensation from my hip muscles in the groin when I walk or getting out from the car or just bend. I have always been super active so it has nothing to do with prolonged sitting. I have been very anxious and stressed all these years because of fear of pain therefore my psoas and illiacus muscles are very tight. Also pain in the left lower back is very much concentrated where SL joint is ( possibly it is an SL joint or herniated disk L3-L4, which I possibly developed a year ago). This pain is very localized. It comes and goes but goes for a very short period of time. What would you suggest? Which strengthening exercise is safe for me to follow, providing this information? Looks like it's a lot to do with my muscles imbalance just to my left side...It is always left side!
Hope to hear from you soon. Many thanks.
