@@RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware It only shows up in device manager and the BIOS. Even after renewing device drivers and it showing as working properly it does not show anywhere else. There doesn't seem to be any steps to resolve the problem.

Hi. In method 7, how do you know the letter of the partition you want to repair if it doesn’t show in the disk management? If the disk is not initialized you don’t have any partition letters attributed to it, right?🤔

Try using a different USB cable to see if that resolves the issue. Try connecting the drive to the pc with wondershare closed and see if it still crashes the pc ,if it doesnt try update the Drives for the HDD and scan for errors using the error checking tool.
