I dunno why no racing game (that i know) has a special 'FIrst lap agressiveness setting' meaning that on the first lap, the AI is more aggressive than normal, because that's how it is in real life.. the first lap is where the drivers are really fighting to get a first position, it usually takes a couple of laps for the drivers to even out.
Apparent, according to Reiza, the 1.6 update for AMS2 has AI that does take into account the time period of the race so will be more aggressive at the end etc... we will see! Thanks for the comment and view! 😀
I believe the ai has been improved for 1.6. also, from what I remember this wasn't supposed to be a massive update, but considering Raceroom's ai was completely ruined by changes to the handling, specifically the tyre modelling, this is what could be holding up 1.6.
The AMS2 F1 tyre model (updated for 1.6) really stands out, probably the best one out there. It feels more responsive with better feedback. I really enjoy it! Hopefully the new 1.6 will be similar or even better!
I tried every mod of F1 in AC and RF2, overall AMS2 just feels the best for me even on 1.5v and 1.6v is a cheery on top. AC is the most synthetic, RF2 is hit or miss regarding FFB.
@@viktorianas I never tried rF2 really, I hated the UI and it put me right off. Shame as it had the BTCC stuff. The classic F1 stuff especially in AMS2 hits the spot. Thanks for the view and comment ☺
Are there leagues that race the F1 ultimate cars in AMS2? From what i've seen on the Internet, they might be a viable alternative to the F1 game. Someone enlightenment me

Hoping this can replace iracing for me, I've waited on buying any dlc until it has proper ranked multiplayer. That's what i need for me to splash the cash on extras.

@@ReverendSimRacing their overall pace will be much better. But in the triple Turkey right hander they will still be slow - pCARS2 driving AI lines are to blame, I'm afraid.
@@bullshark1152 This isn't 1.6 content. This is 1.5.6 but with the 1.6 Tyre model applied to the car by Reiza themselves ☺️☺️ you can try it yourself in your own game right now!

Nice video, but it's better to test this on original AMS2 tracks than on a mod track, because everything is coordinated (Track Cars and AI)

What are your settings mate? What wheel is it? I can post my settings up if you like ☺️
Make sure both your wheel software and in game setting set to 900 degree.
