I have a 2012 Chevy sonic and that washer was found loose rounded out and worn through on one side of the washer. It the started to get caught up between the bearing and wheel speed sensor destroying the bearing magnetic strip and the wheel speed sensor both. So I'm having a hard time finding that washer at GM's parts site . So I dont know if they just eliminated that washer because of what took place with my car.? Anyways thank for sharing.

Nice video, but why would you need an alignment? I'm not seeing how any geometry is changing...

I noticed you didn't apply anti seize grease on the outer spline, is it OK to evenly apply a small amount on the outer spline.

+Jan Palmer If it is needed, you may add a small amount of anti-seize grease to the outer spline.

That washer cost me a lot of money ! $45 for a speed sensor and $95 for a bearing. Gm doesn't show it listed that I could see as a part
