Dude look into the licensing requirements for your state and just go into business for yourself instead of fulfilling someone else's dream of having employees take care of the day-to-day stuff. FL doesn't require licensing for personal trainers, just certifications that someone could find at a community college for example. I know a guy that runs a class out of a storage unit in an industrial park that's got just ropes and tires and he's got 12 middle-aged bookkeepers and their adult daughters showing up because they like the idea of getting yelled at by a buff black guy that served in the military. You can do it too!
@@bcl3341 Nah, I’m pretty sure I can’t, considering I’ve never served in the military, I’m skinny Irish dude, and Florida makes me ill (mostly the heat-see above regarding Irishness). The thing is, I do love spending time in storage units with bookkeepers and some of their family members. 🤔

Caught Maron very early on in his career, and while it seemed he always had potential, I felt he never really got a cohesive set together, and was always overloaded with too many quirks & demons .. But, boy, he certainly has gotten his act together now. Control, timing, the works.

For anyone wondering, the reason turmeric is supposed to be taken with pepper is because piperine (the stuff that makes black pepper spicy) inhibits certains enzymes in your liver that would otherwise breakdown the active ingredient in turmeric. Now, I'm not claiming turmeric has any benefit, or even that it doesn't for that matter, but it makes sense to combine those two spices.
I was told to take it with black pepper or honey!

Seeing popular actors exist outside shows and movies gives me anxiety.

I was literally just watching a cooking show yesterday and a contestant on there said they were adding black pepper to the turmeric to help with absorption. I had never heard this before and now twice this week.
Probably bullshit. Supplements themselves are based on bad science from the 70’s.
Interestingly enough, BioPerine, black pepper, that absorption enhancer for Turmeric and Circumin, also works to enhance the absorption of cannabis.

The only supplements you need is real food...1 meal a day of bacon, sardines, oysters (canned with no oils other than olive), grassfed beef liver, pasture raised eggs and maybe some kale, keifer, sauerkraut that's plenty....

Turmeric- my cardiologist and GP both laughed and shook their heads when I asked about adding turmeric to my diet. End of lesson.

The turmeric benefits are real, but cholesterol is still bad for you. Actually it's lipoprotein fragments that can cause plaque in your arteries and cholesterol is an indicator for those.
The piperine in black pepper inhibits liver digestion of the beneficial parts of turmeric. It's a bit of a two-edged sword because if you eat something toxic with pepper that also inhibits the liver from dealing with the toxins. But the turmeric is good for you and that's why taking it with pepper is good for you.
As a Turmeric Guy, I absolutely lost it at this bit. He even nailed the pepper part I always mention when I'm recommending it which is to pretty much every human I come across. So dead-on freaking funny... ...But seriously folks, you should really consider taking Turmeric with your meals. And make sure you get some black pepper/piperine in you beforehand; inhibits certain liver enzymes to provide maximum efficacy!

I’m a pharmacist... my sister just asked me about turmeric... so I had to research it. Turns out you need the black pepper to increase bioavailability (absorption) of the turmeric.

This is funny, but Turmeric helped me. I've tried almost all supplements for various reasons. None did anything. Waste of money. As you get older, you get really achy. I used to take 4 to 6 Ibuprofen a day. I started taking Turmeric for some other reason (it didn't help for that). As I was taking it I realized I hadn't taken Ibuprofen in weeks. That was 4 yrs ago. I take one cap of turmeric/day and haven't taken any ibuprofen in that entire time. It's the only supplement that works for me
