I am a 14 year old and I wasn’t born back then, but I found out about him 5 weeks ago, and it’s been non-stop billy joel songs in my music history, I’ve listened to all of his albums already and he makes incredible music, my second fav artist, and he’s very talented, I wish I was able to see him live in his prime, too bad I wasn’t born :(

@@jasonwhite7452 thanks, man, I just found him out through “movin’ out” and I went deeper into his songs, my fav songs of his are movin out, Laura, big shot, and uptown girl. His songs makes me very happy and my fav album from his is 52nd street, I just hope one day I hopefully meet this legendary man, ik the chances are slim, but hopefully one day.

I obviously know that billy will never answer this but hoping the person who runs this account does. A few months ago I went to billy at the MSG. It was unbelievable. Both Billy’s birthday and mine are both May 9th and billy is having a concert at the MSG on May 9th. I’m going to the concerta! I’ve never been more exited for anything!

This man has been such an influence in my life and I am not even a musician. This is my favorite song of Billy Joel’s.
Great performer. He's admitted himself he's probably not the best voice going round at the time but Billy's presence, songs and piano prowess makes him the complete package. Still shits on anything today.

Mark was actually the newbie to the band then and although this was The Nylon Curtain tour, he did not play on the album.
I miss the members of Billy's band from that time, but it's nice that Mark Rivera is still performing with him.
