Assassin's Creed® Odyssey Minotaur de Force Quest Glitch

So the quest line Minotaur De Force glitched out for me. While completing the pre trials, particularly the trial of endurance, upon getting the token from the underwater chest, no quest progression was registered. Yet the dialogue with the quest giver still proceeded. When going back to Leiandros, even with the tokens in my inventory, the quest could not progress.
Seeing as this could affect your hunt for one of the cultists, you may want to just pay the quest giver instead of going through the pre trial. Though happy to report I was able to kill the cultist without finishing this quest line.
