- One cool thing about every Assassin's Creed game is the incredible places they’re set in. There are specific locations that really stand out to me. I'm not talking about the overall game setting, but those special locations that make you stop and admire the scenery because they look so amazing.

Assassin's Creed is an open-world, action-adventure, and stealth game franchise published by Ubisoft and developed mainly by its studio Ubisoft Montreal using the game engine Anvil and its more advanced derivatives. Created by Patrice Désilets, Jade Raymond, and Corey May, the Assassin's Creed video game series depicts a fictional millennia-old struggle between the Order of Assassins, who fight for peace and free will, and the Knights Templar, who desire peace through order and control. The series features historical fiction, science fiction, and fictional characters intertwined with real-world historical events and historical figures. In most games, players control a historical Assassin while also playing as an Assassin Initiate or someone caught in the Assassin-Templar conflict in the present-day framing story. Considered a spiritual successor to the Prince of Persia series, Assassin's Creed took inspiration from the novel Alamut by the Slovenian writer Vladimir Bartol, based on the historical Hashashin sect of the medieval Middle East.

Hidden One has sore shoulders from carrying the AC YT scene
Used to be Fizhy back in the day. Then he branched out.
For gameplay I would say animus drifter
@@griffinwalker8973Fizhy and Lazerzz but they became Ubisoft haters
Hidden one and master assassin are like the only ones left 😩😩
@@mattbettcher7439 The Spaniard who is also Altair Stealth and Access the Animus are also great AC youtubers. Them, Hidden One and Master Assassin are the four current pillars of AC YT imo
Every assassin's creed game has beutiful locations, even if you dont like ac oddessey or Valhalla or really any ac game for that matter you gotta admit that they all have beutiful locations.
I played many assassin's and there are some that told me nothing and valhalla is one of those.
I always feel like I am on vacations playing ac Odyssey
Don’t use words you can’t spell
Man I wished Odyssey didn't have this annoying grinding and loot issue, all the fighting exploits and constant mercenaries..I loved its visuals but the gameplay..puhh couldn't finish it unfortunately.
@@Sandkasten36 Didn't play odissey but I've played valhalla and has endless grinding as well. From origins afterwards that's what assassin's have turned into unfortunately.
Syndicate has lots of cool locations:
-Big Ben Clock Tower is always great to see especially with lighting up at night and it has a high leap of faith
-The Thames River is always busy with all the steam boats and workers
-The Tower of London is full of guards and has a mysterious vibe to it
-Kenway Manor with its references to Black Flag and its secret passage
Yes indeed. It’s all amazing, especially lit up at night. Really love London in Syndicate.
Interior of kenway mansion is stunning....
Also just the accuracy of the map. I used to live in London....I could navigate my way around Syndicate just based on memory from when I lived there!
@@ccgal15888 I just saw London on a trip this year. It was cool seeing the clock tower and the whole city from the Shard Tower at night and interesting to see the changing of the guard. Not to mention it's impressive how well people drive despite the busy streets. Unfortunately, never got to see the Tower of London.
There is also some beautiful parks in the game
This could be me, but I feel Havana deserved a spot as the most beautiful city in Black Flag. Maybe it's because I live in a place with similar architecture, but the tropical vibes and vibrant colors are just immaculate. Amazing video btw!!
Where are you living ?
Odyssey's Atlantis and Elysium are my favorites. I watched the views for hours while playing it. Just stunning.
yeaa ikrr
I know people dunk on Odyssey but it's stunning visually, both now and back when it was released
@@holdyourcolor-8288 Odyssey's exploration is the best
I just downloaded yesterday again, mate just walking in the ancient Greek it's so wonderful
Odyssey is my favourite AC and one of my favourite games ever, so good.
0:06 thats all happened to us when we first played ac2 😂
Odyssey is so beautiful . It's my all time favourite❤❤❤❤
AC isn’t perfect series, but damn, we all need to admit that these maps are beautiful
Origins aaru afterlife area is also one of the most beautiful ones
The first time I saw the field of reeds i was stunned
@@bengibbs440realising ships are sailing on the sea of reeds like it’s a sea of water.
I like the duat more and it is more memorable for me. Spent an evening completing all locations there while having a Lil beer and it was just sooo chill
I have a screenshot from AC Valhalla where the sky is pink and Eivor overlooking a mountain for 3 years as my desktop. Thats how beautiful I find Norway, its a shame it was so short
Cafe theatre you could stand in the balcony seeing paris its just amaizing
Black flag had so many beautiful locations.
Absolutely astounding vid mate. However I almost died when you pronounced The Palace of Versailles; instead of (VA-SAIL-EE) try (VER-SIGH)! Keep up the amazing work, love having RUclipsrs create AC content still!
My heart ached for my French brothers when he pronounced Versailles
Alexandria is my favorite assassins creed location
Odyssey is my love and baby. I think about it often.
Real
Lol😂😂😂
Same bro the game world is so amazing i think only Gta 6 world can be so beautiful on that level no other game
@@itzbojan5183 that’s subjective some may prefer cities some may prefer a beautiful archipelago
@@Skyrim_Thalia You have to admit that the whole world, including cities , islands and whole setting was so beautiful ancient greece is amazing
Lisbon in AC Rogue. I hope one day they'll remaster it as a playable area with missions.
This is by far the most underrated channel on RUclips. Also Athens is truly stunning. There can be a little to many tourists sometimes but if you go to the right places, it’s truly incredible
(I’ve been there)
Arno sucks.
@@Dxxxxc227What? I mean he doesn’t but why would you say that?
I know it’s not an Historical location but Atlantis is absolutely beautiful in my opinion
The Orchekailos Ring had a chilling Miami Vibe
Elysium looks better
lmao I read Atlanta at first 💀
I appreciate you included settings from the modern day in this video. Abstergo Industries and Monteriggioni look great. It was especially cool seeing an aquarium around the elevator.
Part 2 please. This was insightful.
Very good video. Keep up with the great work.
Atlantis in AC Odyssey is the most beautiful city that i ever seen in a videogame. Absolutely mesmerizing !
keep up the good work on the videos, fun to watch.
Love these vids. Great idea for this one. The AC games have gotten a lot of criticism but you cannot deny the views and beauty
Florence in Ac2 is nostalgic and beautiful in my opinion.
Greetings from Greece! 🇬🇷 Athens is waiting for you!
Love listening to your videos. Hidden one.
Absolutely do a part 2. This is exactly the type of AC content I look for!! Could do AC Odyssey and Valhalla as two separate videos with the amount of breathtaking locations in each game…
I really enjoyed the locations from the DLCs of both Origins and Odyssey. Just love the theme of the afterworld, or, in the case of Odyssey, even "hell". Would love a part 2!
I think the Sant-Chapelle in Unity is probably my favorite in the whole series, maybe tied with Great Inagua in BF but the stained glass of the cathedral just stuns me personally
Love these settings and of course your videos hah
Round city also looks amazing ;)
I would definitely watch a part 2 of this!
Man thank you on the Norway part of the video. Can’t explain how hyped I was on Valhalla, me being a Norwegian (from Stavanger in Rogaland / Rygjafylke as well!) only to find out that that sequence only lasted a few hours into the game. I mean England was cool and historically a lot of events took place there, but it would be so cool to see more of Norway. Like the battle of Harfsfjord (10 minutes from where I live/grew up) was the battle where King Harald Fairhair gathered Norway under one rule. That happened in 872, same year as the start of Valhalla. Man Ubisoft missed out on so much potential.
19:41 this is so true i still remember back when i was younger and i went out of the villa and explored montergioni in the modern day, it really made me view the city in a new way and it was so cool seeing those big far away city lights on the rooftop of the villa
The Pyramids are such a good location because of how far you can see them. My Xbox Home Screen is a screenshot I took from on top of the Alexandria light house.
The fields of Elysium should definitely be there aswell- one of the most beautiful dlcs
Great video ! The view from the office of Abstergo in Black Flag is the skyline of Montréal. And from the angle it seems that Abstergo's office are in the tower of the Olympic Stadium. Being from there, it's a really nice touch !
Cool video idea, a second part would be really interesting.
One of my favorite locations is from Origins, the Faiyum.
Paris open world was just perfect
Thank you for including present day Monteriggioni!
Something every AC game does right is the soundtrack, the setting, and the different types of protagonists.
We definitely need a part 2.
Amiens from the siege of Paris dlc was probably the most beautiful city I’ve ever seen in a videogame. And Ireland was stunning in wrath of the druids. I think these 2 places deserved a spot in the list
For me, my top 5 has to be: Atlantis, Parthenon Athens, Valley of the Kings, Alexandria and the Big Ben. I am a huge history buff and even though the storyline of the newer games aren't that great, I just love to explore and see what the past world could've actually looked like.
I definitely would like to see a part 2
yeah. Lots of amazing locations in the series. I would be up for a part 2. A few of my favorites that didn't make your list are The Fields of Elysium and Atlantis from the AC Odyssey DLC. Both are breathtaking. The Round City is also very beautiful, imo the best thing about Mirage.
When playing AC Valhalla and I’m in the Wrath of the Druids dlc, I always pay a visit to The Giants Causeway. Was lucky enough to visit it in real life earlier this year and it’s like walking on a different planet.
my fav locations in all of assassin's creed are probably mykonos and kephallonia in odyssey
ah man seeing pyamids of giza made me miss ac origins lol! what a journey i had with that game! one of my fav ac game!
babe wake up, hidden one posted!
Nothing beats Atlantis.
My favorite place is the gateway to the Lost City in AC Odyssey. I like the mood and music of this place !!!
Same! The music is perfect
Part 2 is NEEDED!
Also, my faves that didn’t get a mention are Big Ben, Kingston, the Sphinx, Hadrian’s Wall, and the Colliseum
AC Odyssey is my favorite game. I just love the story, the characters, the scenery and the map and the vibrancy of it
Elysium is beautiful!
I get to go to York almost every day and it is yet to disappoint, I love every single inch of York and Jorvick alike
I have played ac valhalla the longest, probably more than 500 hours and even though it was so long, nothing compares to the beautiful settings of norway and england, exploring these places as if i lived in that time period!
completely agree
but
versay-lees?
pretty sure it’s ‘versai-ss’, the ‘l’s are silent
@ValanxWF it's pronounced versai, not Versailles nor versaiss
@@mohammadaminkhosronia8052 Eh.
As much ac Valhalla misses its Asgard is amazing
The map is so massive and beautiful. It’s a shame it’s so empty
@@bananapingpong1259 true
My 1 locations is ac origins makes me remember when i was little and loved the egyptians and the pyramids are just too cool
AC Rogue gave me a tremendous love of the northeastern part of North America and the Arctic. I think the river valley is more beautiful than the frontier from AC3 and the North Atlantic has some gorgeous sights
Part 2 please!
Also my fav is atlantis for some reason😂
I think this is the one thing about every single game made by Ubisoft and very well optimised and can run on most of the hardware nowadays example frontiers of Pandora
Can wait for Part 2 video is very soon!! ❤️❤️✨
This is one of the biggest reasons I'm excited for shadows. Hitting a sync point on a mountain over a sea of cherry blossoms
palace of Minos in Odyssey, Londinium in Valhalla, the big aqueduct in Valhalla next to the wall of Hadrian, Notre Dame cathedral in Unity, Newfoundland in Valhalla
Also the village of Lalaia from Odyssey . It looks stunning in the early morning
Atlantis in AC:Odyssey was absolutely stunning when i first experienced it
Part 2 !! (Don’t forget to put The Caribbean and The River Valley in this second part please)
Pleeeaaase we want part 2 !
There is a special place in my heart for Norway and Jorvik in AC Valhalla ❤
Seeing both Monteriggioni and the Colosseum in the modern day has a nice contrast to their presentation in Ezio’s time because it’s the modern coming into the period features rather than copying and pasting the maps minus the period dressed NPCs. The Villa Auditore has fallen into a degree of disrepair limiting how much you can visit, Desmond probably feeling tis as much as the player from his own experience there in Ezio’s memories from II.
the afterlifes in AC Origins dlc are something else
I agree with you about Norway. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. I feel like Valhalla could have taken place entirely in Norway with a completely different story
There's one thing we can all agree on about the assassin's creed series is the maps are simoly just beautiful. Even the first games maps hold up to that.
4:45 accurate considering I've only played Origins & a bit of Odyssey
Great list. I think I’d add Atlantis. It’s such an amazing sci-fi Isu realm.
I sometimes just let the bird fly around and watch that beautiful place… especially the night view.
I think in Valhalla expectionally whole old England is calming to see
Sadly, ppl are still complaining about yasuke to this day 😂. Some ppl made a career out of complaining
Uhh wrong video sir
Nefetitis realm looks like heaven. The moment you come out of the water and see the realm for the first time makes you feel like you have entered heaven. Also Tutankhamen's realm is beautiful too
I feel like Masyaf and especially Mexico (from AC liberation) are the most overlooked locations in the series
Love this game series a lot.. and it is the closest thing to enable one to visit historical places at their peak timeline. Sadly the new ac shadows missed the opportunity to feature a male Japanese protagonist
I think the realms in Origins and Odyssey are very stunning, especially Aaru and Elysium.
Atlantis should be here too.great vid by the way
Another W vid from one of the goats.
I think the wheat field in AC origin dlc is some of the best. Feel so nice walking around, and may i say sometimes even better than what GoT have
Part 2 wood be grate ❤
The compound of Buckingham Palace is definitely one of the most beautiful places in the ac series
We need Part 2.
When I first got to Venice I was like holy shit this game is massive 😅
mate youre about to make me redownload all the games again hahaha
You know you wanna 😉
I always loved Abstergo Industries as a kid, kinda of wanted to change the computer/animus to another position with more foliage
I would add BIg Ben in syndicate.
Great video anyways!
Valhalla and Odyssey were the most beautiful games I've played in my 27 years.
There's a town in northwestern Phokis in Odyssey that at night, looks stunning, soothing and cozy. Cant remember what it's called tho :(
I heard the Ubisoft is remaking the AC: Black Flag. I couldn't imagine how it could be really beautiful with the current engine.
Did u know that building you're climbing in modern day New York is literally the new world trade center? Lol you can tell by the shape of the corners
I think we need a similar video but for forgotten places places where the player wouldn't visit quite often in the series and the first thing that pops up on my mind is the ancient ruins in AC 1 Wich if remember correctly it's located somewhere in the Road between Jerusalem and Acre and I think it's the same one Ezio walls through in the AC Revelations opening scene, Abo Al nuqud palace in AC 1 after you have completed this memory it's quite empty and quiet place and the only place without any background music only the sound of water flowing I think there is similar places in the series so if you want to make a video about that or about AC 1 specifically either way I would be happy to watch
