DJI Avata - A drop off is more fun than a lift off

If there isn’t a good place to take off from, try a drop off instead! Just hold the top, start motor, and press and hold lock to start flying. Then let go and it’ll fly without ever touching the ground.. or grass.. or water! 😁

It's fantastic. The only reason to hesitate is if you want to race FPV drones or need the highest video quality. The Avata captures great video but DJI's Mini 3 Pro has a better camera. If you need the fastest possible speed, you might want the DJI FPV or Adobe other FPV drone. The Avata tops out at 60mph (with no wind) when using the joystick-based remote controller that's sold separately. It's plenty fast for most people at 30mph with the Motion Controller.
